I'm a homeowner in South Riding and have used Coventry Services twice, once for a roof leak that had water dripping from a ceiling fan and once for a dishwasher leak that molded the floor and basement roof. Both times, Coventry responded immediately, arrived exactly on-time, repaired the damage fully and professionally, and charged a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone, and I will certainly call them again if anything else leaks - although I hope it doesn't!

My wife and I had to prepare our parents high priced home in Great Falls VA that has not been occupied for some time and is over 9 thousand square feet. Kevin and his team provided a turnkey solution removing mold completely. In addition, Coventry detailed and cleaned all the furniture, walls both internal and externaly, cleaned the carpets looking more professional than ever, cleaned and shined all the marble, kitchen simply every part of the house and its contents. Also in addition, Coventry packaged all high value contents, inventoried and relocated all valuables into a self storage container allowing us to pick the location of the storage facility. This alone and walking up and down 200 yards of steep driveway. Also in addition the soft skills and education to our family about this process was conducted with extreme excellence of professionalism especially during a point in time where our personal emotional connections to the house and property being part of over 30 years. For example Kevin’s team as they were packaging up the house located very very high dollar valuables and brought them directly to my wife and my attention. Every single step was communicated above and beyond.

Coventry answered the call on a Sunday and was at the location the next day for inspection and treatment. My tenants sent me a note saying the folks that came by were "amazing, quick and efficient." I am so appreciative of how quickly they responded and ensured very concerned tenants that the matter was under control. I would use again without any hesitation. Thank you!

Coventry is a life saver. We worked directly with Kevin, and we could not be more impressed. We found mold at 8 am on a Saturday, and he was at the house by 10am. The drying chambers were up that day, and he was even creative to tent and provide use of the kitchen. He is so nice, and so responsive. Five stars is not even enough. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation of mold - CALL COVENTRY!

I have absolutely no idea why this is 5 stars as my work on kitchen and basement is now at over 9 MONTHS! You can build a house in less time! I know it’s because of the lazy and lack of attention because I live on another state as well but they have full access which most times they just didn’t show up or to half a$$ work that needs to be redone. I’m overly upset as my place has had all my furniture in paid storage, they were fully paid immediately and now I’m waiting for them to finish a job that should have been completed 5 months ago or more. Extremely not happy even if it was perfect work 9 months with full access is lazy unprofessional and take advantage work!!!

Great experience with Coventry Services inspecting water damage done by a leaky pipe bathroom pipe. Could have easily taken advantage but Kevin was very honest and showed me how I could resolve some of the issues myself and explained there was not much damage at all requiring professional remediation. I would definitely use them in the future - honesty is hard to come by. Great company.

I recommend Covenry Cleaning. They are a very professional company. One thing I really like was they gave estimates. I sent them a picture of the chairs and carpet and they came right back with a great price. They were super thorough cleaning the chairs and rug. They pretreated, cleaned, and post cleaned. They put in the time and energy to make sure everything was done really well. They cleaned my carpet and 13 chairs and now they look brand new!

After finding that my water heater sprang a leak on the third floor and water ran down to booth floors below, I quickly called Coventry. The responded quickly and came out within a few hours to assess the problem. The set an appointment to begin the work and showed up on time for the appointment. They did their work quietly, efficiently and professionally, and they cleaned up after themselves themselves. They returned on schedule to retrieve their equipment and like that, the job was done. I would trust them with something like this again, though I hope I won't have to!

Outstanding service! The company is very responsive ensuring they addressed all my needs after reporting the mold problem. Walked me through every step that they needed to perform with minimal hole size in my drywall. Kevin was willing to show up on a Saturday since my kitchen drain pipe was broke behind the wall and unusable. He was in and out of my house in just a couple of hours ensuring all mold was mitigated and have VERY reasonable price!

I was having insulation replaced and the installers identified some mold in one area of my attic. I called Coventry Services after several receiving several strong recommendations and I couldn't be more pleased with Coventry's professionalism! They were on time, responsive, and extremely thorough. The mold remediation team took every precaution while in my home (I have 4 children) to remove any contaminated materials and ensure mold spores would not spread. The remediation work was top notch and there is no evidence of mold remaining. I can't speak more highly of Coventry Services and will recommend them to anyone needing remediation services.

John explained why certain parts of the rugs soiled more than others and how I could keep them wearing longer by having then cleaned every 6 months and by adding a system called Protective Guard.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Terry Clancy this morning, who came to my condo unit for a water damage assessment. Terry was very knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and an utmost professional. He clearly explained to me several different repairs that may be needed for the water-damaged windowsill and which specialists would be needed to get the jobs done. I was also highly impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service I experienced while booking today's assessment visit, which was scheduled and completed within 24 hours! I plan to use Coventry's mold remediation and possibly also carpet cleaning services once the structural water damage repairs are completed, and will highly recommend their team to family and friends.

I stumbled upon Coventry Services through a google search for a pack out service in my area and they were a true godsend. I needed to have everything in my apartment assessed for water/smoke damage and removed (pack-out) so that renovations could be done by the complex due to a kitchen fire. Kevin and Vicki and their team were an absolute pleasure to work with and made such a stressful situation manageable. They were very responsive to my inquiry (answered the phone right away when I reached out to them), prompt with doing an assessment and providing an estimate to my insurance company as well as were excellent at packing up, examining and inventorying my stuff that was salvageable. Coventry Services LLC was fantastic! Not only did they inspect and assess my mold, they also helped me to understand how I can prevent it from happening again. I received same day service and the gentleman I spoke with, as well as Terry who came to do the job were patient, courteous, and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Coventry services arrived quickly when our basement was flooding and did excellent work. They provided cleanup after a flood, dried out the area with high-powered fans and applied anti-microbial treatment to prevent mold. They also helped unclog a floor drain that was causing problems. Highly recommend!!

We discovered a leak from our powder room that caused mold in the basement. A plumber was concerned about how much mold was/could be present so he recommended Kevin and Coventry. They came out that afternoon, did a quick inspection of the visible damage went over the process with us from best case to worst case then went right to work. Thankfully it was best case scenario. But as a parent of a child with severe asthma the promptness and thoroughness was greatly appreciated as your mind immediately goes to the worst case scenario when you hear mold and how to keep you child safe. While I hope we never have to call Coventry again I highly recommend their service to anyone needing an honest and thorough mold/water damage clean up

The team at Coventry just performed mold remediation on my home. They were efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and they did great work. I can already tell that I am breathing dramatically without the mold in the air. They hauled everything away, cleaned up after themselves, and even offered to haul away to the dump some of my trash that wasn't even related to the project they were working on. They went above and beyond.

We couldn't be more happy with the services Coventry provided. Terry was highly-responsive and very thorough. Fire damage is not easy or quick to mitigate however they did so professionally and with attention to detail. We would recommend them 100%.

I had a leak in the basement leading to a wet carpet and furnishings. I contacted Coventry to get an estimate on cleanup while the plumber was still working. Doug responded immediately by phone, then arrived just as the plumber was leaving. He cleared the area and set up fans to speed up the drying process. He was knowledgeable and hard-working. I highly recommend this company.

I don't have anything bad to say about Coventry... on the contrary. When I called to make an appointment I wasn't prepared to be served so quickly. Kevin, one of the owners, was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He arrived promptly, assessed the leak that made it's way down to the kitchen, got his tools, did the diagnostic workup and cleaned the area. If I ever have anymore floods, leaks, mold problems etc., I will definitely use Coventry.

I left a vm for Terry that I had a leak and needed information on what to do dry out our wall. He called me back and said he would come out for free to see if I need professional help. I was blown away since the other company I called wanted to charge me $140 to come out for an estimate. I got another estimate of $2,000 to repair it. Terry came and looked at the area and decided I was doing the correct thing to take care of the water damage and gave me some tips on to improve. He even emptied my buckets that were full of water and told me just to lay the tube in the sink vs the bucket. I hadn't even thought about that. I would highly recommend this company if you need help with water damage, fire and COVID 19 disinfecting. Very customer service oriented and professional. They are NOT trying to take advantage of the customer and stealing peoples money.

Kevin and Terry were super. During the pandemic, they stayed true to their word and wore their protective gear to protect themselves and us. They were friendly, fair, and super professional. They treated the wood studs, de-humidified the area, and prepared the wall for the dry wall folks.

Called with a water & mould remediation problem and Kevin was there within about an hour. He assessed it, provided the estimate quickly; faciliated a quick video conference call with his business partner to help me with some insurance questions, and then got started. Job required some demolition, clean up, and a few days of drying with fans and de-humidifiers. All the work was neat and tidy -- he did a great job cleaning up. He also leveraged Waze so I could track exactly when he was going to arrive, which is something I wish everyone would do!! I would definitely call Coventry again.

Terry and Kevin and their Coventry team were at my condo the day after the leak from an upstairs unit, and were fast, efficient and reassuring about explaining what they were doing and what it would cost. Which is not cheap, but at least my condo was dry after their machines spent 72 hours in my laundry room. They took pictures for the insurance company and explained how the coverage process works and each step in that process. I was impressed and grateful for their attention to social distancing, too. It's too bad I had to learn about this company because of a damaging water leak, but I am pleased to report that if it happens, these are the guys to call.

Terry and team have been top notch professionals -working with Anh Nguyen and team at Statefarm on a downstack leak that flooded our basement. Thorough, clear in explanation, and helpful. Very satisfied with the attention, detail and timely service provided. I asked for a Saturday request on the preceding Wednesday and Kevin responded quickly.

I called Coventry on a Sunday evening after a water leak was found in our house. He and his team were at my place within an hour and got to work immediately. They worked till almost midnight and then were back early Monday morning to continue. The damage was a lot and they worked for over 2 days removing dry walls and flooring. We were out of town but they were in constant communication, updating us and sending photos. They even contacted my insurance to start a claim on my behalf. The drying process took 9 days and they visited the place pretty much everyday to inspect.
They have done a terrific job and I would more than recommend them to anyone.
