Phil at Coury Construction came to my rescue to supply a proposal for work that no other contractor would respond to, as busy as everyone is, he showed up within 48 hours.
Thank you Phil for your work ethic and timely response, it will keep me coming back to Coury Construction for future projects!

We bought an old home that needed a decent amount of work, and, unwisely, had arranged for a piecemeal approach to the rehab. When one of our contractors bailed on us, a family friend introduced us to Phil and his company, Coury Construction. They helped us to restore a beautiful old room with questionable "updates" over the years to its original grandeur. They refinished the walls and ceilings, removed old and hazardous debris, and even located moulding to match the original styles. His team knew that we were in a time crunch after our original contractor bailed, and they clearly prioritized getting our job done in a very timely fashion. Phil was communicative throughout the process. He would not accept a compliment, merely saying that he would let his company's work speak for itself. In retrospect, I wish that we would have hired Coury Construction to complete all of the rehab on our home - they are a group of hardworking professionals who will complete any job with finesse and expertise. I look forward to working with them again.
