Horrible experience. Very unprofessional. Talked to guy named Matt. After coming out and taking measurements and checking moisture for over an hour and promising to give a quote the next morning , upon my follow up Matt refused to give an estimate via email. He wants to price gauge because he sees dollar signs thinking insurance will be involved. I told him this will Ben something I will probably pay out of pocket and he became rude and said they are probably not the right fit. Don't waste your time with these guys. Their competitors will easily come out and give you a fair estimate.

We had a water leak/damage to floor and wall in kitchen. We chose Country Reconstruction to do the reconstruction after all the demo and asbestos removal had been done by other companies. We could not have been more pleased with Todd and the entire team at CR. We knew what would be happening and when, and every person who came was friendly and very professional. Work was completed a day ahead of time, and supervisor came to review the final project. We HIGHLY recommend this company, and will be calling them for any projects (not just reconstruction) going forward.

From start to finish these crews knew their business and did excellent quality work. My home looks like the flooding never happened.

Had water damage from a sink overflow. Country Restoration was very responsive, got someone out within a day of me calling on the weekend to assess. They took care of everything and put it all back together very nicely. Reasonable price too. I hope to never have to use them again, but I will if I have to.

I wish I knew the right place to start but I guess I'll start with saying, if your looking for a company to hire and are worried, searching all over for someone to trust and believe in after damage to your home, you've found them. Our house burned down 8 months ago and I had 4 different companies come out and I just felt like I needed one more before we made a decision on who to go with. Todd came out from country restoration and he was completely honest and amazing at explaining the process. We knew right away he was our guy. Todd has went above and beyond any expectation I have ever had. He's been there through all our emotions and made it known our family was important to country restoration. They showed it. From William coming and always smiling, helping with so much and overlooking the work to Julio who was so sweet and even helped my husband carry very heavy furniture down our very long driveway, to Matt and Kaylah who did so much with insurance and our mortgage company so I could breathe.... I can't even say enough.

You will not regret using this company. I will really miss when we don't need them anymore now that this is all over. They become family.

We had a burst copper pipe due to the extreme cold. Spencer from Country came out to access the damage are recommend what was needed to mitigate the damage. We are very happy with the service. Will use them again.

Almost a year ago 4 days post having my right knee replacement surgery an incident occurred that caused extensive damage to our home. A structural engineer was required to assess the safety of the house. repairs needed included major roof repairs, patio section, gutter and siding replacement and painting. We called Country Restoration and spoke with Dillon. It was the best call under stressful circumstances we've ever made. Dillon was professional as he explained each process, costs and oversaw the work. He was patient and we never felt rushed or pressured. The work was completed in a timely manner, with exceptional workmanship by skilled craftsman. If you need to have repairs made on your home, large or smaller, call Country Restoration.

Dillon at Country Restoration was a great resource for us when our house’s HVAC had a water leak that made its way through our ceiling and damaged our ceilings drywall and paint. He made it easy for us when we were juggling them and our insurance provider by working with them to figure out the estimate and get us the best deal. He even came back after the job was done to touch up some minor detail with a light fixture that was only slightly bent (I have OCD and could not stop noticing it) in a two story ceiling when the job was done at no additional cost. Five stars and will definitely be keeping them as my home repair resource in the future!

Country did an incredible job with our fire damage this last summer. We had the crew here consistently to get the job done in a timely manner. We appreciate Kieren and Julio’s attention to detail with the paint job. I would 100% recommend this company!

The night our house burned down Country was there at 12:30 AM to salvage any belongings. They worked until 5:30 AM and then secured as best as possible. We were so impressed with them that we asked them to do the complete rebuild. Our new home is better than before and their advice and expertise was invaluable. I can not recommend them enough. This is the 2nd time I used Country Restoration to replace my floors following water damage. I always felt like I had 1st rate support during the floor replacement, from the first rapid response due to water damage to the final touch-ups and paperwork completion. Their support was especially appreciated in selecting my new floor. Coordination with my insurance company was very smooth and all workers were very conscientious. Country Restoration never disappointed me and they will always be my first call when a disaster happens.

We had a ground water (black water) flood in our walkout basement. We called Country Restoration as the water was coming in. They were there in a heartbeat with the necessary equipment. He found the leak, consulted a plumbing pro and got the solution which my son implemented within an hour. Had it not been for Country’s quick and professional response, we would have lost much more than we did. They were empathetic, professional and very knowledgeable and thorough—no short cuts. Over the years, we have had trees from a neighboring property come down on our rental homes four times. Country has been fast in getting the roofs covered and the trees off. The people at Country have been GREAT to deal with and prompt in getting the repairs made. They are very professional.

Yesterday, I had Jerry from Country Restoration come out to look at some water damage from a leaking water heater and he was phenomenal. Although my issue is not something that will be covered through insurance, he was very thorough and provided me with a wealth of information to help repair the water-damaged areas myself. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who has water damage in their homes.

Country Restoration are great people to call when the situation may not be great. Chances are, if you need them, you've had an issue at your home. The last thing you want in a situation like that are contractors that don't perform. Jerry at Country Restoration is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and honest! I'm a real estate broker and deal with contractors all the time, but these guys are a breath of fresh air!
