Cascade Auto Glass

I took some vacation time on April 4th, 2025 to go get my windshield replaced. This was not an insurance claim. We paid out of pocket. The waiting room was nice and comfortable. The receptionist let me know there was water in the fridge and coffee on the counter. This was the nicest part of my experience. I sat for almost 2 hours. Brent came out and told me calibration went well but the windshield broke and I would have to come back next week for them to replace it again. He was not apologetic at all and he didn't seem to feel bad that I sat there for 2 hours. He just let me know that this happens all the time and it would be covered by insurance. Their insurance I hope, since I paid out of pocket for it. I received a text from Brent to reschedule my install a few days later. This time we scheduled for the following Saturday so I wouldn't have to waste vacation time. My husband went to the appointment this time. As my husband was driving home, he realized there was a slash on the dash and a bunch of scratches on the side rail by the window. He sent pictures to me and I sent them to Brent asking why he never mentioned the damaged he caused to our vehicle before letting my husband drive away. His response was "Sorry, I did not realize. Be in touch Monday". I gave him my husbands number and asked that he please communicate with him. Brent called Monday, not apologetic or remorseful and said it will be fixed and someone would be contacting my husband. My husband has spoken to a very nice lady at the Vancouver office a few times and some other man, but here we are, over a week later and nothing set in stone for when our car will be fixed. Brent also only told his boss about the side rails by the window and not the slash he put on our dash so they were surprised to hear about that. There has to be some sort of procedures in place where protective shields are used when working with sharp knives, why wasn't there stuff down to protect our dash and side rails? My husband calls to find out what's going on and gets told he will get a call back. One guy said they are going to replace the entire dash because they cant match the material, etc. We work so hard to have nice things. We take pride in our cars, our home, etc. We paid a lot to get the windshield replaced. I chose a local company because we would rather keep our money local. Through this entire situation, I have just felt like our car isn't a priority to get fixed, our time has been wasted, our money means nothing and the damage is not big deal. I hope that no one else has had to go through this or will go through this.

Update: dash and side rails are being completely replaced.

Great experience! Needed my side window replaced. Scheduling appointment was easy, had me in and out within 40 minutes and they filed the insurance claim. Love it!

Brent went above and beyond with our window replacement. I had a Thule roof rack on my vehicle when I showed up. He removed it and replace it when he was done. He noticed one of our tires was low and filled it for us. He also noticed a lil rock chip on our front fender that had a spot of rust. He covered it with primer for us. Haven't experienced customer service like that in a long time. Brent deserves a raise and a paid vacation. #SUPERSTUD. Thanks Cascade we will definitely be be back for any window needs we might have in the future.

Christmas present…went to have chipped windshield fixed , to our surprise technician said it was scratch not cracked. Gave us all the info we needed! Give this location ur business doubt you’ll be disappointed.

I called yesterday, they got me in first thing this morning and I just picked up my truck! New windshield looks great! Thank you so much!!

Quality work. Called for an appt.and was scheduled for two days later. They called that morning and offered for me to come in early. Great work, great service, great value. I will never wait a week or more for the other guys again. Thanks for a customer centered experience.

Had crack across my windshield, stop by to see about making an appointment also mentioned something about a Light come on. Told me to wait till they call me back for the appointment, but he told me what was wrong with the light which was nice, because the local dealership wouldn’t help for a month and a half.

Got a call back almost immediately got the appointment set up between insurance and Cascade auto glass. Came in for appointment said about an hour. Took a half an hour. Definitely highly recommended.

These folks are awesome! My insurance "prefers" Safelite, the closest is all the way down in Portland. Took my vehicle down there, waited 3 hours for a new windshield, 2 days later the windshield cracked again on the highway! Decided I was not going to waste another 3 hours at Safelite and Cascade Auto Glass popped up as an alternative. Decided to go with them since it was closer to home and figured it couldn't take longer than 3 hours. Great decision! Done in an hour and 10 minutes!! Job was perfectly done and I am very grateful I found Cascade Auto Glass! They will be getting my auto glass business from now on!

I called a company out of Vancouver to come and replace a couple windshields in our company vehicles, and were blown off twice with a no show ( so two company vehicles sitting 2 days not making money-not happy). So I called Cascade Auto Glass and spoke with Darrin, he was super polite on the phone and was very accommodating with the schedule being these were company vehicles, And because that went so well, I called and spoke with Kellie a few days later and scheduled another vehicle for a front windshield and another truck for a windshield repair. She was so friendly and very patient with me as I had mixed up a couple of the VIN#'s of our trucks but she was so great to work with. The tech called when on the way and was clean courteous and very quick to get the job done. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any windshield/glass needs. 10/10

Brent replaced our windshield in our 2023 Toyota RAV4 after a rather large rock got thrown from another vehicle. It was done in record time. We opted for the factory windshield. We are very happy with Brent’s work. He is a very nice and professional young man. Savanna was also very nice and efficient in coordinating the work. We highly recommend this shop in Longview for your auto glass needs.

Had an awesome experience working with Cascade Auto Glass. Brent and the office staff were super friendly and helpful. Best of all the prices were fantastic and Brent had the new glass in and finished up within an hour. I will defiantly be using Cascade Auto Glass for all my vehicle glass needs in the future.
