My kitchen remodel turned out beautifully and in the short time I needed! Communication was great and it turned out just as I wanted!

Despite our project being abandoned due to finding a new home that fit all our needs just prior to the city approving our permits I want to recognize Peter and New Day Construction.
Peter was prompt in responding, instrumental in navigating permitting process, provided great architect and engineer partners and understanding in the change of plans that would ultimately be the best for my family. I highly recommend and will certainly use New Day for any future projects.

We hired New Day Construction to renovate our home in Snohomish, WA, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They replaced our worn-out carpet with stunning LVP flooring, transforming the entire home. They also converted our open, cluttered dining room into a fully enclosed office, which has been a game-changer for us. Additionally, they enclosed the hallway between our kitchen and the new office with pantry doors and upper cabinets, creating a seamless and functional space. They also updated our downstairs bathroom with new floors, a vanity, and a mirror. New Day Construction was competitvely priced, completed the work in a very timely fashion, and treated our home with the utmost respect. I recently hired New Day Construction to help with a bsthroom remodel in my historical home. They did a fantastic job installing bead board paneling on the walls. We just finished up a full home renovation, and I can't say enough good things about New Day and all the sub contractors they used. Punctual, high quality, and just fun to be around. Not one person stepped foot in our home that wasn't top of their trade and all very kind. Peter and Serjay were absolutely fantastic, and it's like talking to and working with friends, just really easy and incredibly communicative. 5.5 weeks later, and we are thrilled, and in my opinion, our house was a bit of a challenge, but they never complained once. I would work with them again, no question!

After meeting with several contractors, I began to think I couldn’t find the right company for my whole house renovation. That all changed when I met Peter from New Day Construction. From the first meeting, I knew that this was the contractor for me. Not only is their work of the highest quality, Peter and Serjay are ethical and trustworthy people who really care about their clients. They communicate clearly from the initial estimate to the final walkthrough. They treat your home as if it were theirs. They are not only knowledgeable and experienced with construction, but they helped me tremendously with design and layout decisions which prevented me from making costly mistakes. Serjay guided me through each phase of the remodel patiently answering my many questions along the way. They stayed on schedule and within budget. I love my new kitchen, bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors, and updated trim and doors and could not be happier with the finished product. I cannot recommend New Day Construction highly enough. You will not be disappointed and will be well taken care of by Peter and Serjay.

All I have to say is WOW!! Serg and Peter the owners are great. I was looking to get my kitchen and living room remodeled and had 4 contractors out to give us a bid. Peter came out and was knowledgeable, polite and had some great ideas. Within 36 hours I had the bid with a design rendering at no charge. The other contractors that came were either late to the appointment or didn’t have any good ideas. New Day was not the cheapest bid but we came to an agreement, set a date to start and they were ready to go on that date at 8am as promised.
Serg kept me informed through the process, all of their subs were great and worked hard long hours and they finished everything within 5 weeks of start which was a week earlier than promised!
If I could give 6 stars I would! Give New Day a call, you won’t regret it! We love our new space, it feels like a brand new house.

Building a home for your family is one of the most exciting times in life. Having a team that you can trust to get the job done makes it all the more fun. New Day Remodeling was there every step of the way and made our remodel a breeze! We love our new bathroom and all of the great features. The shower, vanity and tub are first-class products from beautiful materials. The tile work is outstanding and Peters's tile work is some of the best I've seen

I first met with Peter and Serjay in October of 2022. We had been looking to get our kitchen remodeled after our dishwasher flooded our kitchen. We had also been looking to find a contractor to start our addition. We had permits and plans ready to go. We were so impressed by their knowledge and expertise we had signed contractors for both jobs.

Both Peter and Serjay are patient and listen to what we wanted for all of our projects. With every renovation there is stress but they have orchestrated and lined up all their trades to not only meet deadlines but also we a week ahead of schedule to finish our kitchen. All their employees take pride in their work and the workmanship shows and they are polite and leave the job site clean.

We are currently finishing up the addition and we are absolutely impressed with how things are going. All the trades including their employees do phenomenal work. During the addition process we decided to redo and had New Day construction add that to our bid. We absolutely love our new deck and use it non-stop.

We can't wait for the finished project of the addition and our hall bath. We love working with them and will be using them for future projects and recommending them to anyone that needs an addition, kitchen remodel, deck, etc!

This review is long overdue. Our kitchen turned out beautiful! We had a great time working with Peter and Serge. They were both very communicative and easy to talk to. We ran into hiccups along the way- which was expected from a home built in the 70’s- but Peter and Serge were very transparent through it all. What I appreciated most, was that Peter did not dismiss any of my ideas- moving all the plumbing, tearing down a wall, adding gas, installing a pot filler, moving the sink, making the island bigger, building an appliance garage- he supported it and wasn’t afraid to take on the project. We had quotes from other companies before we met with Peter and every-time I asked for something to be moved I was met with negativity about how much work it was going to be. Thank you Peter and Serge for working with us and making our kitchen everything we wanted and more. It has completely transformed our whole home and we are enjoying it so much!

We are so happy with our newly remodeled kitchen thanks to Peter and Serjay! We had quite a few custom designs we wanted incorporated to take our 60s style galley kitchen to an open concept, modern design. New Day did a fantastic job coordinating with vendors to get exactly what we were looking for and give us the design we wanted. With most construction projects, we had to flex on our timeline by a couple weeks, and there were a couple small communication issues. However, overall we were really happy with the quality and effort that went in to designing our new kitchen.

We absolutely love our new kitchen built by Genesis. We had a general idea of how we wanted our space laid out but needed some help with some of the details and Peter helped us put it into a functional design. He provided a quote very quickly despite it being the holiday and didn’t push us on timing since we had some other things came up that needed more attention. When we were ready to pick back up, he came back and provided an updated quote. Even with asking for a custom color for the island cabinets, they turned everything around very quickly and were installing in a matter of weeks. They took great care with the installation and worked around some of our weirdly configured flooring and walls. I cannot recommend them more highly. Very nice, very communicative, very professional, and perfectionists about their work. It was a pleasure working with them.

Peter is amazing! Not only did he complete my project in a timely manner, he was also very communicative during the whole process. He explained things very well and checked in with me throughout the process to ensure my vision was being executed at the level expected. Doing improvements can be a very stressful experience and Peter is great at balancing all of the people and projects going on so the stress of that didn't get translated to me, the customer. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only was it was done properly but put in extra work and attention to detail to ensure it came out even better than expected! His strong expertise allowed him to provide recommendations on materials, installation and design which we ultimately used in the project and I'm glad we did! Not only is he great at managing at a high level, but he is also a passionate craftsman, who designed and custom built the wainscoting, fireplace mantel and built-in chest. I also had the pleasure of working with Serge towards the end- another expert in the field and great at multitasking on different projects.
