Correcting your reply. Yes we are in the process of gathering information from the insurance company… but not fighting. As Cost Roofing’s Corky Pilat is well aware; Cost Roofing was hired by our insurance company to do an appraisal on our roof, and subsequently Cost Roofing additionally informed our insurance company that Cost Roofing would be willing to complete the repairs per the Insurance company claim’s scope and within the village’s guidelines. Following up on Cost Roofing’s offer to complete the repairs per the insurance company claim’s scope and within the village’s guidelines, we have repeatedly contacted Cost Roofing with the hope of initiating the repair process, but to no avail. For reasons unknown, Cost Roofing has refused to return calls and not answer our email requests. If Cost Roofing fails miserably with respect to customer interactions, you're now absolutely correct in stating “nor are you intending on using Cost Roofing for any work”. Therefore, Cost Roofing’s lack of even the least bit of business professionalism, supports my lowest rating. After the poor interaction experiences we’ve had with Cost Roofing, my honest and unbiased lowest rating review stands, and in the hope that it allows others to make a more informed decision before using Cost Roofing for roofing repairs. A business’s rating review is far more inclusive than just satisfaction of physical work. Although documentation supports all my statements, I would be more than willing to discuss any statements you believe incorrect and likewise revise this review if warranted.
