A tree fell over our house in August 2022. The damage was extensive and required new framework. Cornerstone did a complete tear off and installation at a reasonable price. Came in before work was done to cover with tarp so damage would not extend further. Very knowledgeable and professional. Work was done in one day. Thank you for a job well done!

Aces. He arrived on time and cured my roof issue in one stop.. we had a leak that caused nasty internal problems. He listened to the symptoms got up on the roof, found and fixed the issue and was gone. We gutted out the Inside leak damage and watched how nice and dry it is when it rains. Lots of peace of mind. He's the guy you need.

Victor and his crew were punctual, polite, helpful and took care of business. We had a tear off and complete new roof installed. Victor came to our house for the estimate after responding in a very timely manner. He explained everything and gave us a reasonable price. He checked after the job was complete to make sure we were totally satisfied. We would highly recommend him!

I must say I'm very disappointed in cornerstone roofing I thought that they were a good company to have complete my roofing project but I have emailed them several times with no response from them I have called them and still no response. The company presented a proposal and I accepted the proposal through email but I still yet to hear back from them it has been weeks now, just no professionalism with this company I will not recommend this company at all

Viktor is the best! He really cares about his customers. We had a leak into our house last month so I called him (it was after 8 pm on a weekday) and he offered to stop by and take a look. When he showed up, he came in to see where we had the leak, then got up on the roof to take a look. He shoveled all the snow off the roof and explained that the ice build up was causing the leak. He said he would return during the next week to take another look at the roof and try to remove some of the ice as it was supposed to get warmer. He didn't charge me anything for either visit. I would highly recommend him to anybody that has any roofing issues. He also does siding and gutters.

Cornerstone Roofing was very affordable, professional and the work was top notch. They completed the job in less than eight hours. If you're roof needs replaced, do yourself a favor and make this company your first call.

Victor and his crew did a great job installing our brand new roof. Victor is very friendly and easy to talk to. You feel like you're dealing with a friend. He gives great care to his work and even after he's done if you have any concerns he makes sure to help you out. He did our roof and about a year ago. A couple weeks ago we asked if he could do a touch up in a certain area of our roof and he did it no questions asked. Great service. Highly recommend.

I did not end up using Cornerstone Roofing, only because Victor was very honest with me and told me I had a good 5 years left on my roof. My new insurance company had completed an inspection and due to some moss and a couple missing shingles told me I had to have it replaced. Victor gave me the name of a company that cleans roofs, so I am going that route instead. Out of the 4 quotes I had done, Victor was the quickest to respond and the least expensive. I'll be giving him a call in 5 years for sure.

Cornerstone Roofing is a choice well worth considering. The owner is courteous and professional and makes sure the job gets completed above and beyond your expectations. The roofing materials are of the highest quality and the installation was expedient and professional. The cleanup left the property immaculate. I highly recommend this contractor for your roofing project.

We had two estimates for our roof last summer, and Victor's was cheaper with the same exact materials as the other contractor. Victor always either answered calls, or called back within minutes, was always on time, and his crew was fast and did good work. I would definitely recommend him for any roofing needs you may have.

Victor came out to give me price for roof repair, said he send me via email itemized bill, which I have yet to see.
For the 400 sq feet of Roof that needed replacing $3500.00 was a tad steep, I am thinking he may have high-balled pricing because it is a small job, and not worth his time to do? and as a result he may have inflated pricing to be kind, instead of telling me job was too small? in any event is was too pricey and he did not send me proposal, Ed

Vic came out to my home after I had insulation contractors warn there might be water leakage in my roof. He was very cordial, friendly, and let me know the age and quality of my current roof shingles. While I did not end up needing work done, I was so grateful and would highly recommend his professional services to anyone in the Farmington Hills and surrounding area.

Last fall, we had several other roofers come in, and give us estimates. Victor was the only one to pinpoint exactly what the problem was without having us to replace most of the whole roof. Victor saved us thousands of dollars (this is not an exaggeration). I would wholeheartedly recommend him. You will not be sorry.

Vic is wonderful, Vic's Word = Integrity. He worked closely with us on a leak another contractor claimed wasn't their fault. He came repeatedly to make sure it was fixed and we were happy. 10+

After 4 years we finally required a complete new roof, we never hesitated we called Cornerstone! Best decision EVER! Vic, informed us that the previous roofer may have used shingles that there was a current class action suit. We filed that claim against the shingle manufacturer, we'll see about that possible positive result. Meanwhile, Cornerstone installed a new roof in one day and left our house with absolutely NO trace they were ever there. In fact, in the back it was cleaner then before they started, the fall leaves were gone with all roofing materials!!

THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE FOR A NEW ROOF!!

Cornerstone is amazing! They were great to work with. I called Victor over to check my Garage roof which had its shingles curling. He quickly determined that the roof had to be replaced. His crew was fast and efficient and helped replace everything (box vent, ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, and new shingles) within hours. Everything looks great! Also, Victor was so nice that he even fixed my gutter on my house for free as well as the flashing on the chimney which he noticed had an issue. I would definitely recommend and call again. His prices were very competitive. It was hard to beat.

I would leave more stars if I could! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had with my recent roof replacement. Victor was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. All of my many questions were answered completely and quickly. They did an outstanding job, were on time, did everything they said they would. Victor is one of the most honest and trustworthy contractors I've ever met. On top of that, his estimate for a new roof was the cheapest of the four estimates I got while offering the same or better quality in materials, ventilation, warranty, etc.

My roof is nearing the end of its life and needs to be replaced in the near future. However, my A/C just went out which needs to be replaced along with the furnace so I asked Victor what the risk would be of waiting to do the roof next Summer. He didn't use scare tactics like some others and told me it should be okay to wait as my roof isn't missing any shingles and currently not in danger of leaking.

Whenever I do end up replacing the roof, I'll definitely be using Cornerstone.

Owner is courteous and does what he says he will. Crew is courteous. Supplies are quality materials. Workmanship is excellent; attention to detail. UPDATE: It's now 6 years later and I used Cornerstone again for our new home and had another great experience. They are super fast, do quality work, and are competitively priced.

I had a great experience with Cornerstone. My roofing project was complete within one week of me requesting a quote. Vick was friendly and answered all of my questions. I had three quotes before selecting a contractor and Cornerstone's was the most competitive. They did a tear off on my garage and replaced some rotting wood. The final product looks great and I can't believe how easy the process was. I will definitely use Cornerstone again and strongly recommend them!
