Worked with Joe Fodera and Cornerstone Construction for many years renovating our 84 year old home. Joe is very approachable, professional, and highly competent. He just finished en suite bathroom remodel; his company’s workmanship was outstanding. Everyone on his team is superb: painters, cabinet maker, tiler, woodworker, plumbers, electricians. The renovation was impeccable! the bathroom looks spectacular, truly spectacular? They spent much time preparing, measuring, masking, and planning to prevent errors. They cleaned and washed every iota of dust left over from construction to leave the house impeccable. First of all, the customer service from Cornerstone has been unlike any I’ve experienced with any other construction company I’ve worked with! Aside from the quality people and work they do, the customer service really sets Cornerstone apart.

I recently had work done to replace my hot water heater and boiler with a combo unit. From the initial estimate through inspection, the work was done seamlessly and professionally. Anytime I had a question, I was able to get prompt responses. Even the subcontractors had wonderful customer service!

My hope is to eventually get even more work done in my house - for me, it's a no brainer who I'll be hiring to complete this work!

Cornerstone Construction and Joe Fodera did an amazing job building Grasshopper Inn and implementing Monscierge's Apple TV for Hospitality. The property has amazing details that make it feel like home away from home. Cornerstone Construction recently completed an addition and renovation to our home. The project included adding a new bathroom, laundry room and small pantry area and reconstruction of the floors in the existing dining room and kitchen. With very professional and skilled craftsmen who were polite, accommodating, and dedicated to getting the work done with great attention to detail, the end product was precisely what we wanted. Multiple trades were used (excavation & demolition, carpenters, roofers, plasterers, painters, electricians, plumbers) and Joe’s coordination of getting them here when needed was impeccable, keeping necessary “down times” to a minimum. The project had multiple challenges, and the Cornerstone crew and subs tackled them with ease. We are grateful for all their hard work and would recommend them for ANY project.

I can’t say enough about Cornerstone Construction! I have provided project oversite of numerous small to very large projects built by Cornerstone (including an addition on my own home as noted above). Joe and his team provide very professional results and are the best to work with through all aspects of the project. His character and pursuit of excellence are the best you’ll find, and he has extensive knowledge and experience in all types of construction (both residential and commercial). On all the projects he has tackled for us, ranging from smaller ($2K to $200K) projects to our latest major ($5.5M) expansion and rehabilitation project, he has proved to be reliable, accommodating, and follows through as much as necessary to get things done thoroughly and professionally. Perhaps I'm a bit biased, but that’s because they’ve provided such great work for us on so many projects for many years. I feel privileged to write this review for Cornerstone Construction and would close with: If the opportunity to use them or have them on your team arises, take it!

Cornerstone Construction Co. was able to urgently repair and replace my roof that started leaking this winter. Their team is professional, reliable and provide the highest quality work for any project.
