We were apprehensive about selecting the right company to build our new home on Atlantic View, and we interviewed many area contractors. This was a very difficult process for us as it was difficult to find a good, professional builder with honesty and integrity who would also keep affordability in mind. We thankfully chose the right one!
Good company policy emanates from the top down. With Corner Construction, it all starts with the owner, Ryan Cornelison, and his selection of employees. Jack and Pam Lassen are invaluable assets in the office, but it doesn’t stop there.
Our Project Manager, Warren Berry and his Superintendents, Brandy and Dalton, were in constant communication with us throughout the process. Communication and timely updates are extremely import, but their honesty, integrity, knowledgeability and professionalism were unmatched.
From the office, Suzanne sent us weekly spreadsheets to keep us abreast of the expenses. This, plus the ability to pick up the phone and get answers from anyone immediately, took a lot of the stress out of the building process.
