Purchased a new home and was informed this company was the roof installer. I've been in my new home 15 months and two inspections have revealed poor workmanship with the install. Shingles hanging over the drip edge when they should be flush. Cut lines in the valleys are wavy. Pipe and exhaust vents not installed correctly. Shingles coming up. Disappointing.
I work for a local high end builder and we use Corey Construction. Anytime there's a problem they are there within a day and some times same day. They take pictures and explain what is the problem and how they will address the issues. They completely stand by there work. Thank you guys for all you do for us. Waited over 2 years (2 summers) for an electric roof fan to be replaced. constantly told it is on backorder lies lies when you see people walking out of home depot carrying them. mistake was to pay for all repairs prior to satisfactory completion paid quickly because 'we need to close out the 2016 books' never again will that happen. once they got the money they ran away quickly to constantly lie when contacted they have been called 6+ times now. BBB and legal system are the next resort they will follow soon
