Very responsive and confirmed that my roof was in good shape. Some neighbors were having their roofs replaced, due to a recent hailstorm.

We had a great experience with Core Roofing + Solar, from the initial inspection and sale, through scheduling, the whole installation process and final inspection. Everyone was friendly and professional. The salesman was friendly, not pushy and answered all our questions. The installation team protected our flowers and did a very thorough cleanup. We found no debris or nails in the yard. There was a little issue with two of our vents after installation, but there were both fixed in the final inspection. Highly recommend Core Roofing + solar

David Katz at Core Roofing and Solar came and looked at my roof one day after I called to inspect for hail damage. He documented the current status of my roof which they will keep on file. Good news for me-no significant hail damage this time. Just general wear and tear for a 19 yr old roof.

Core replaced our Roof in 2018 and has been our faithful roofer since that job. They have always told us the truth about our roof when other roofing companies try to sell us a new roof. Do not believe door knockers. Call Core Roofing to get an honest answer to the status of your roof.

I am a homeowner in Milliken, for the past 2 days I have been bothered, overwhelmed and borderline harassed by roofing solicitors. They have been knocking on my door all hours of the day nonstop since the storm happend. Then Matthew from Core Roofing and Solar stopped by, I let him know, like I did every other roofing company that my cousin is in the roofing industry and I am taken care of . ( I will admit I was being rude to him because of the constant solicitation) However I am writing this review because while telling Matthew I do not need his help and i was about to slam the door in his face, Matthew over heard my newborn child crying. He gave me a sign to hang up on my front door that says, "NO ROOFING SOLICITORS."" He knew he wasn't getting my business, but he said he still wanted to help with whatever he could, even if it's just helping keep my child stay asleep. After he left, i saw on the back of the sign he gave me in big bold letters it says DOING IT RIGHT MATTERS. I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with a solicitor, and he really did the right thing! If my cousin ever gets out of the business, I will be sure to call Core for my roofing needs.

Chris White was very communicative, prompt, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job and in the end explained the work he had done.

I had a leak in my garage roof. I contacted Core Roofing and Solar. Senior account Manager “Briana Nelson” arrived at the agreed time. Briana inspected my roof and found the source of the leak Briana got some roofing patch material from her truck and patched the leak. She also inspected the entire roof and patched other potential future problem areas.
Briana spent quite a bit of time fixing my roof and never charged me for her time or materials. In my opinion Core Roofing is a very honest and reputable company. Other roofing companies I’m sure would have tried to sell me a roof that really wasn’t necessary, when a few patches was all that was needed.
I will definitely use this company when it is time to replace my roof when the time comes

Chris, Paul, and Steve of the installation team did marvelous work on 3 different skylights. These were technically challenging jobs that took clear and collaborative thinking, plus expert execution skills and materials. Safety was a priority. Nothing was rushed. Very happy with their work and them as polite and quality people.

They came out to inspect my roof. These things I noted: on time, professional approach yet cordial, helpful to my insurance in providing photos of a damage noted. They haven’t replaced my roof yet, but probably will after the next hailstorm!!!

We had a strong hail storm with about 1.5" of rain at our house in North Boulder on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Also, we had a small water leak in our kitchen. I contacted Kyle Joyner who promptly connected me to the right people. Next day, Thor Eberle with Matthew, his trainee were at our house investigating possible hail/rain damage. Thor was extremely knowledgeable and nice. He emailed me a comprehensive report describing the findings: no/minimal hail damage and possible water windows leak. I am extremely pleased with Core roofing. Their pricing was extremely fair and transparent - I think there was maybe $100 difference between the initial quote and final numbers, and that was due to the final permits.

But their communication and customer service was truly excellent, from David our account manager, to Yisa the scheduler, and most of all Paul the onsite field manager, who texted me multiple updates on the day of install as I was not onsite. I can’t say enough great things about Core. I will recommend them to everyone!

I am part of an HOA Board in Denver, and our condo community recently had our roofs replaced in a 15 building complex. Even though Core Roofing and Solar was not the one to replace them (we didn't know about them when we selected a vendor), we did use them to inspect the install. They provided incredibly valuable insight and support to the the HOA Board after the replacement to ensure the roofs were installed correctly. Not only did David from Core Roofing scale our roofs to get an up-close inspection of the roofs, but he also used drone technology which resulted in dozens of images for our review. A comprehensive and detailed report was put together that included specific information to allow the Board to effectively ask questions of the roofing company who did the replacement. Core Roofing and Solar, particularly David, were very professional and very knowledgeable and would absolutely use them in the future.

We had Core complete a new roof for us after a bad hail storm in 2023 and the experience was so good I recommended this company to survey my father in laws house. They were honest and noted his roof was in great condition, dodging the storm. I just purchased a new house and asked David Marsh to come out to the property to inspect the roof. David was a very good communicator, timely, and able to inspect prior to our inspection objection deadline. In this case this roof was also in good condition and I appreciate his opinion in the inspection. Thanks again David, and keep up the good work!

I recently used Core Roofing to replace my roof on my home and my garage. They did an awesome job on both, and worked well with my insurer. They come every year to look at my roof after hail storms, but have always been really honest about the condition. This year was different and they thought I needed a new roof after some nasty hailstorms and my insurer agreed. The crew that did my roofs were polite, friendly and so incredibly hard working. Best of all when I left the second morning as they were finishing up (was big job given the garage had to be done too), I kind of shuddered over the mess and the nails etc. I returned about four hours later-the job was done and my property was pretty much spotless-very very few nails and shingle found in the following days. I will use them again, but hope to get a few years out of these roofs in hail-prone Denver!

Excellent response to request for inspection and estimate, detailed schedule for delivery of materials and installation, great collaboration with insurance company, prompt communications throughout the entire job, easy follow-up for payment, and a pleasant overall experience.

You won't find me in your data base due to the fact I rent and it was done under my landlord name! I personally do not recomend. First off when roofing materials was delivered they chose to put the ladder, I should say they slammed(!) there ladder up against the front end of my vehicle and dented the bumper. Why they chose to even place it there when they had the whole house to choose from they chose to slam it into our vehicle. 2nd the day they did the roof they choose to set the ladder up right in front of our front door blocking entrance and exit through the door. Had to keep reminding them to stop throwing things in our garden. One kept acting so suspicious like he was casing the house out to come back later to rob. Did not feel safe because he acted so shifty.

Jeff from Core roofing was on time, courteous and patient. He took the time to understand and answer my concerns when he came to inspect my roof following a hail storm, and provided an honest assessment that I don’t need to replace it. This honesty is what will make me think of them for my future needs.

We selected Core for our roof replacement last year after a few hail storms in May 2023. Jeremy was our account manager. He and everyone else at Core were great to work with and handled everything with insurance. Our project was completed in September 2023 and we selected class 4 hail resistant shingles. Fast forward to this week when we were slammed with a bad hail storm. I was wondering whether we should have someone out to check, when the next day Core sent a text to check on their clients. I thought that was a good sign and asked to schedule an inspection. Jeremy came out the next day and gave us the great news that our roof looks good and the class 4 shingles did their job! We are pleased with the product and with Core’s attentiveness!

David Marsh, the agent I’ve worked with on my roof replacement, texted me within a few hours of our hail Storm. Wondered if I was interested in him coming over and checking the roof after a big big hailstorm. I said yes, though I thought there must be money in it Because if they had to replace my roof, it would cost me. Fortunately, no damage, and only because he had persuaded me to pay a bit extra for the hail resistance substance that goes in the shingles. It worked just great! Got a feeling my neighbors are going to be buying new roofs, even though they just put their on after a storm last year. We are fine. I have known David Marsh for over 10 years and have been referring customers to him and Core that whole time. Core and David have always done a great job for my clients. A few years ago I needed a roof on my home and I called David and they took care of me.

We had fairly substantial damage from a hailstorm and the roof needed to be replaced. My insurance agent recommended Core so I gave them a call. It was the best thing I could have done! Briana Nelson came out and did the damage assessment and gave me a lot of useful information not only about the roof but the whole insurance process and provided guidance through the whole project. Yisa Kennedy was another star from the Core team and she handled the coordination for the materials, installation, remove/reinstall of the solar panels, and the permit.
Throughout the whole project, Will Cunningham provided overall guidance and the billing between us, them, and the insurance company. The Core team really knows their stuff and executed everything flawlessly and they set the standard for customer service. If you have any roofing needs, do yourself a favor and call Core.

I have been a customer since May 2017 following the historic hail storm. The entire experience with Core Roofing during that time was exceptional. They have continued to warrant a 5 star review by communicating regularly via their monthly newsletter and providing free inspections each season to ensure that my roof is still intact. Andrew, Jaime and all of the team at Core are rock stars!!

My experience with Core has not been the greatest. First, I had a lot of issues with their lack of communication for scheduling. Seemed like right after we signed their contract, we were put on the back burner. I was the one reaching out for updates. We were told during the contract signing they have in house crews. Then a subcontractor showed up at my home. All work that is done is subbed out. The roof, the gutters, etc, nothing seems to be done in house. The subcontractor who showed up at our home had told us they usually do astroturf and not roofing, we were assured by Core that this was not the case, but made us very uneasy, since the sub had said this. The roofing job was supposed to take 1 day, it took 3. Then left such a mess, nails and trash everywhere. My husband picked up more than 2 handfuls just in our driveway, then the supervisor came and filled up his magnet 3 times. The facia was pulled from the soffit when they removed our gutters and in one area, they completely removed our facia and didn’t reset it correctly. After complaining a lot, I got in touch with the operations manager. They sent their field supervisor out who was really nice, but he had stated he usually doesn’t do punch list items and would do his best. The job he did was not good and done incorrectly, so they had to send him back out to remove what he had done and redo it. Still doesn’t look the greatest. Seems like since they were so busy they sent any contractor that wanted the work and sent supervisors out to do punch list items instead of doing the job correctly the first time. They tried to rectify the situation, but by the end of it we were so tired of complaining and having them at our home, that we finally just said it’s fine, it’s done. I asked for an in person inspection which the county could not supply, not Cores fault by any means, but asked to be communicated to more about the inspection. I received an email with my final bill, but still have not heard back about the roof inspection. They gave us money off our bill, but to be honest, we still feel like if we could do it over, we wouldn’t choose this company for our roofing needs. We had our gutters done by them, the gutter crew was great and did a fast and fantastic job. But just a heads up when they are selling you gutters, make sure to ask for downspouts because apparently they don’t apply that in the cost when you ask for new gutters.

I would 100% recommend Core Roofing + Solar. I am an experienced real estate investor and agent with Compass and really appreciate their 5 star service. Briana Nelson their account manager in Denver is great to work with. Very professional and knowledgable about her craft. Her candid assessment of a roof's condition as well as her recommendations are extremely helpful in making buying and repair decisions.

Steve came out to assess what I thought was a roof leak at my home. He was professional, courteous, and thoroughly explained his assessment to me. He told me outright that he didn't think there was an issue with the roof itself, highlighted a few areas that needed weatherproofing, and even provided me with a tube of sealant to make those repairs myself. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend Core Roofing + Solar!
