Although i wasn't able to hire Core Exteriors for a commercial project, (I ultimately needed a contractor who could provide prevailing wage to meet municipal guidelines), Jeremy helped me navigate the bid process with guidance & referrals. He kept in touch, making sureI had everything I needed, even though I wasn't even his client. Will definitely refer him to friends and family who need a contractor you can rely on.

I could not be happier with the work Core Exteriors did on my house. In April of 2023, a major storm came through and did significant damage to our roof. Jeremey was able to easily walk me through the process of handling insurance. They were able to work with the insurance company to get us a brand new roof! He also patched up a hole in the roof after the storm so more water wouldn't leak in. That patch held with no issues until the roof was replaced!

Once we picked out a shingle color (which was the most difficult part of the whole process as there were so many options to choose from), Jeremey had his team scheduled immediately. Their roofing team was able to come out and get the roof done in a single day and cleaned up thoroughly once the job was complete. Serious kudos to the roofing team as they were working on one of the hottest days of the summer and didn't miss a beat!

A couple of days later, the gutter team came by and had new gutters and downspouts installed in a few hours! I couldn't believe how fast they worked.

I can't say enough about Core Exteriors! To begin with - they are very responsive and communicate with you every step of the way. 2nd - the quality of work is outstanding. Core Exteriors replaced 3 roofs in the past 12 months on our rental properties. We hired them for the first job and they handled everything from beginning to end like true professionals. Core Exteriors recently repaired our roof, skylites, fascia, gutters/downspouts and made our home look brand new. I would rate them with 10 stars ! Jeremy was great to work, friendly, and most professional.

Core Exteriors is a great company, which is led by professionals. They are very confident and knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service when it comes to roofing needs. They assisted me with one of my properties, which was in need of a roof. With Core Exteriors, one of the owner came out to do the estimate, he was extremely professional and explained everything to us in details. I am extremely happy with the service Core Exteriors provided me and would recommend them to anyone.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the service from Core. After the hail storm this spring, a co-worker recommended Core for an inspection. They contacted my insurance company and set everything up. They told me what steps to take and what to expect from the insurance company. It was approved and they explained to me the details and made sure I understood the process. We set a date to start and the job was done in a day. House and garage both!

After all that rain, I called Core for an inspection. They were out that same week and installing my new roof the following week. They took extra care by laying tarps around my whole house. Afterwards, they walked the entirety of my property, including my neighbor's driveway, cleaning up any debris. The new roof is like giving my old house a facelift. I love it! Great quality and great service! Highly recommend!
