We are three years out of Cordell Exteriors having repaired damaged trim on our home, wrapped all trim, and replaced all gutters and downspouts. Beautiful final product, fair price, good communication.

My review is mixed. This company did what appears to be a beautiful job replacing our roof but shortly after it was done we discovered a few problems. My husband needed to go up into our attic. While up there he realized that the fascia board was bare because there were cracks that allowed light into the attic. We had paid extra for drip edge so everything should have been covered and no light should have been able to get through. Due to the cracks we had a wasp nest in our attic (thankfully he was able to quickly take care of this problem). Upon further evaluation we found a dent in one of our gutters and that one of our vents was not properly positioned to the roof fixture. We called the company and they came out to evaluate. They fixed our vent and they offered to cover the fascia board. We were grateful they were willing to do this since they made a mistake by not letting us know about the exposed boards and inability for the drip edge to reach the gutters. However, when they came to cover the boards the material they used was improperly cut, they left nails halfway driven in and tapped over to the side, screws were left loose on our gutter, and there was now a gash and a hole in a part of the gutters. The dent was also still present from when the roof project was complete. The owner came out to review the damage with my husband. He did tighten the loose screws on the gutter. He relayed that he could not believe that the gutter damage was from his employee. We informed him that our gutters were just installed within the last year and that my husband had looked at them prior to the employee coming out to put up the material but he dismissed those facts. He insisted that since covering the fascia board was not part of original roof project that it was a sufficient job even with the prior mentioned damage. I stated that I expected good quality even though this was not part of our original roof project as they are supposedly a professional company. The company websites notes they not only do roof projects but gutters and siding. I told him that I expected they would have brought up the fascia board issue during the roof replacement even though it was not a technical part of the project. He informed me that he does not want to "upsell" customers. I advised him that protecting my home is not upselling and that he should address this with customers in the future. Unfortunately, we will not be comfortable using them again if their perspective is that a job of poor quality that causes damage is sufficient because it was not part of the original project they were paid to complete. If you choose to use them I would suggest taking detailed pictures beforehand and checking the work. We are currently happy with our new roof and are hoping that our roof is well installed but that is yet to be seen. Sadly, our gutters and fascia board will need to be redone.

I highly recommend this company! Jackson came out quickly and helped fix a leak! He was professional, kind and did a great job. I will use them in the future for any exterior needs!

We hired Cordell Exteriors to fix our roof and gutters damaged by a winter storm after getting no responses from several other contractors. Cordell Exteriors did a fantastic job installing a new roof. Timely, professional and excellent quality. So good, in fact, we hired them to do our siding as well. That was not as quickly, but that was due to supply issues. Once the siding we chose was in, Cordell installed it quickly and in a highly satisfactory manner. We went through a lengthy process of interviewing multiple siding companies and selected Cordell Exteriors to help us in the complete exterior renovation of both our home and detached garage. They were amazing! They removed our existing exterior finishes, installed house wrap, new windows, completely new exterior finished and gutters, they transformed our ugly house! Throughout the process, Tony and crew maintained great communication and professionalism, they quickly mobilized and completed the project in three days, diligently working through less then ideal working conditions and leaving the space spotless when complete. We used Cordell Exteriors to replace our 1950's windows. They did an excellent job and were very professional. After the job was completed they cleaned up and left no trash in our yard. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future for siding and gutters when it's time. Thank you so much!

We hired Cordell Exteriors for new siding and trim on our house and detached garage, along with a few new windows. Tony and his crew were absolutely fantastic. We had to fire another contractor mid-renovation for several reasons (dishonest, lack of communication, ordered wrong product, covered up rot when we paid for it to be repaired..I could go on). I called a local building supply company for help and the manager recommended Cordell Exteriors to take over the project. Tony was willing to fix the previous contractors mistakes, FIXED the rot the other contractor had covered up, and finished the project fairly quickly.
Tony is honest, a great communicator, punctual, and shows pride in his work. His crew was respectful of my property and cleaned up the debris daily. We are so grateful that Tony was willing to help us clean up the other contractor’s mess and make our home exterior beautiful!

Tony was very prompt! We had siding blow off during the hurricane winds. He came yesterday to look at damage and was fixing it this morning before 9 am:) looks great! Highly recommend him. We are looking to replace windows and reside entire house in near future.
