From start to finish had the best experience with them- showed up to quote when they said they would, gave us the most competitive price around, and completed the work on time!
They came out at 7 am, stripped the roof, made repairs and even releaded the chimney... The roof came out beautiful.
Had both house and shed roofs done. They were prompt and cleaned the yard as if they were never there.
Showed up 30 mins early. Friendly attitude with good quality work and good pricing.
You can't beat their service. Just compare them to the 'other' roofers in your local area.

Contacted Rick Copeland who agreed to drop them off. Never came. Doesn’t respond to emails.
I called each week (for weeks) and left voicemails... Never showed up.

I hired rick over 20 years ago to do my roof because he always answered the phone when I called came when he said had a good price when I need a roof 20 years later I called him again still gave a good price did a great job and did what he said he always answered the phone great company to do Busness with thanks rick and crew

Rick & the Copeland roofing team just completed our roof in Blackstone! From start to finish had the best experience with them- showed up to quote when they said they would, gave us the most competitive price around, and completed the work on time! Our roof is gorgeous and we no longer have to worry about leaks or shingles falling off. They are reliable, communicate clearly with home owners, and were able to work around a few oddities on our roof (old skylights, etc).

They are also incredibly trustworthy! After working with them, we referred them to help my Grandmother with roofing needs. Her roof is 1/3 the size of ours, yet she had gotten quotes from other companies for almost as much as we paid!! Copeland gave her an incredibly fair price and did not overcharge due to her age. I would refer them time and time again. Thank you Rick!!

Hired Copeland to do my roof. Paid for extra shingles to do my shed myself. Found out they did not provide me with ridge cap shingles. Contacted Rick Copeland who agreed to drop them off. Never came. Doesn’t respond to emails. In my opinion, this is dishonest. Can’t recommend them to anyone.

At 4pm this guy must have been in a rush to get home because he floored it out of the gas station in heavy traffic cutting me off and almost sending me off the road to avoid rear ending him... I hope they are more carefull on the roof then they are on the road. Plate was ROOFN 2 btw.

We needed our roof replaced. We called and had several companies come out and give us estimates. Copeland Roofing was the most reasonably priced and we went ahead and hired them. They came out at 7 am, stripped the roof, made repairs and even releaded the chimney They dropped a dumpster in our driveway and by 3 pm they were all cleaned up and done. They were neat and clean, The roof came out beautiful. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement.

This company DOES NOT stand behind their work. Copeland installed a new roof on one of my properties less than five years ago with top of the line products. The crew was clean, neat and professional. The roof looks great but leaks. I recently discovered a large leak coming in from around the chimney flashing (only after some ceiling damage from the water).

I called and spoke with Rich, telling him I just wanted the roof fixed and I would deal with the ceiling damage, he said he would be out within 1 to 2 days to take a look and help. Never showed up. I called each week (for weeks) and left voicemails and did not receive a single return call. Will be taking my current and future business for over a dozen rental properties elsewhere.

Just had a few shingles replaced that blew off the roof from high winds. showed up 30 mins early. friendly attitude with good quality work and good pricing. Would highly recommend!

Terible had my roof done sure it took one day had a leak that riuned two ceilings in my home called him four times one answer and three no respond nice guy won't be calling him again and he lives one street over imagine that who ever hires him good luck

I have had nothing but good luck with Copeland Roofing he has done two buildings for me plus many of my co-workers houses along with other friends. You can't beat their service. Just compair them to the "other" roofers in your local area. You will see for yourself.
