Kenny and his coworker were excellent. They provided my wife and I with the pros and cons of various options to repair our 7 plumbing vent flashings and removal of three fabric anchors. Kenny offered sound advice for future work that might be required in the future.

Showed up on time, was professional and provided a very detailed estimate via zoom call to walk through entire process allowing lots of time for questions etc..

Cooper roofing put the roof on our new garage and did an excellent job. The roof on our house was in need of replacement so we hired them for that too. They managed to get our house roof done in time for the snow and rainy season. We were very happy with the results!

Our house was inspected by a house inspect about 2 months ago. He pointed out that the house attic ceiling were very wet, which he said could be caused by multiple leaks on the roof. We contacted 4 roof contractors and try to get the quote for how to fix the problem. The roof is about 8 years old. Two contractors suggested reproofing the whole house, third one suggested reroofing about 50% of the roof. Kenneth from Cooperroofing suggested some roof repair, his quote was much less than others. We decided to sign the contract with Cooperroffing, since most of our roof are still intact. Kenneth and his coworker have just finished their work today. Instead reproofing the whole house they renained tenths of popped nails, replaced many shingles, and installed two new ventilations. We are happy with the results.

Great service, but most importantly, didn't try to upsell me something I did not need, found the problem, explained it clearly, and fixed immediately at a fair price, that's rare these days

I had an unsatisfactory experience with Cooper Roofing that I feel compelled to share. Initially, I was not informed that there would be a 4-6 week wait before any repairs could be made, which was both disappointing and inconvenient. After the estimate was provided, it took over a week to receive the actual quote, yet I received an invoice for the estimate the very next day. The entire process felt disorganized and communication was challenging throughout.

Had I known the extended timeline before agreeing to the estimate, I would not have proceeded with the service or paid for the estimate. Additionally, the quote provided was 30-40% higher than the other estimates I received. Ultimately, I chose to work with a different company that offered better customer service, faster response times, and a more streamlined process.

To further complicate matters, I continued to receive emails for over a week requesting payment for the quote, despite having already paid it promptly the day after their visit. Given these issues, I would not recommend Cooper Roofing based on my experience.

Prompt service with an actual human answering the phone. Great job at a fair price. Responded and fixed my problem before any other roofer bothered to answer. No upselling just fixed the problem both times I have used them

Update: I had initially given a 2 star and anyone interested can read the previous review below. Changed it to 5 star. Cooper reviewed my request and responded promptly and send a new technician- Kenny. He is amazing and was very clear on the plan for the repairs. He did all the work properly and on time and finished the work today. I'm happy with the work and decided to update the review since Cooper roofing was able to respond to my concerns from my previous review and address those properly and in a timely manner. That is very professional and signs of a business that values their customers.

Last year before summer, I used Cooper roofing for a downpipe extension, gutter cleaning and gutter guard installation. The technician gave a quote which was higher than the other quotes I had at that time. Still went with Cooper roofing due to their good reviews on Google. The work was done fast and looked good initially. But then I started noticing water pooling in the gutters. Seems like the technician did not properly clean out the gutters before the guard installation also made some other minor mistakes during installation. Then I called them for a review of the work and another technician came to give me a new quote for some additional work needed. I discussed the option for some discounts on the work and they did accommodate that. So that is a good thing. But now due to rains the work is yet to be done and all this while I'm dealing with gutters that are pooled with water and overflowing and also water running over the shingles in certain spots are causing additional damage to the roof. The previous technician no longer works for Cooper roofing, but because of his improper work the overall experience was ruined for me although the technician currently handling the issue seems to be better. Hopefully they do a better job this time. I'll post an update or update review if things get better.

Our roof was leaking, with an impending 20 mm of rain on the way! Cooper Roofing came through for us within a few hours of my call. All staff were friendly and efficient. I would definitely call them again for any future roof issues!

I was very pleased with the work they did. I received a detailed quote for a new shingled roof and chimney top repair. They did the work when they said they would and for the quoted price, including installing new shingles under an awning where there was not much room to work. They also did a good job cleaning up after themselves each day and kept me regularly informed as to the progress of the work.

Cooper Roofing just replaced our asphalt shingle roof and repaired the chimney pot/crown on our home and we're very happy with the results. Both the roof and chimney crews were polite, hardworking and left our house very tidy at the end of each day. I really appreciated that the estimator, Sebastian, did not try to upsell us to replace our garage roof, which still had at least another 10-15 years of use. He was also more thorough than other estimators and pointed out potential issues upfront so we could avoid surprises after we signed the contract. Both the production manager (Harneet) and project manager (Volkan) were also great and we received regular status updates with photos as the project progressed.

Brian replaced the boots on my three plumbing vents, which were cracked and leaking, and inspected the entire roof for real and potential problems. Thanks Brian, Shane and Jeannette and the rest of the Cooper Roofing team! We asked them to replace our fascia on our roof that was starting to rot. A few delays to start the project due to weather and other jobs, but Brian updated us frequently about the progress of the materials and start date. The level of customer service from their office to the team working on the job was outsanding.

For the job itself, Brian and his team finished in 2 days. His team even identified and repaired an issue with the flashing around our chimneys that was the cause of the rotting wood. Again, their communication with us throughout the job was fantastic. Once the repairs were completed, the invoice had before and after pictures, ensuring us the job was done well.

I went after 3 quotes and Cooper's was in the middle. They did an excellent job, cleaned up after, and had the bin and leftover materials gone the next day. And the project manager was on site daily and sent drone photos and other updates every few days. Highly recommend based on my experience.

I hired Cooper Roofing to replace my house roof (which was long overdue), gutters and chimney repointing. From start to finish, Sebastian, Harneet, Francisco and everyone on site were exceptional. As with most projects, we ran into some unexpected hurdles, but the team came up with great solutions to make things right, and without impacting the budget. My Roof Cleaner noticed a bubble on my flat roof and I gave Cooper a call. They sent out an estimator quickly to assess the damage and provided a detailed quote with photos for the repair. While the inspection isn't free, it was deducted from the repairs once I proceeded. Their staff in the office and onsite were very professional and educated me about roof maintenance and how to make my investment last for years.

There is absolutely no complain about the service. Friendly receptionist, fast response to the site, experienced technician knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed within minutes.
