I was referred to this company by my neighbor who recently had their roof replaced. I needed siding work done to my house and was looking for a company that’s reliable and that I can trust. I had a great experience working with Cooper Modifcations. I have hired other contractors to do work on my house, but these guys were the best - extremely professional and they met their initial timelines (which that hardly ever happens). I am extremely satisfied with their work. I will be calling them to do my roof next.

Absolutely excellent experience from start to finish. I received 3 other quotes and had 3 other contractors come to assess my roof and siding and John was by far the best. You can tell that they have decades of experience in the field. From John and Matt’s consultation to Anthony managing the project and their crew, they exceed my expectations in every way. The protected my out door furniture, windows and everything! The clean up was AMAZING. I now have a beautiful new roof and siding that boosts the value of my home and curb appeal. Highly recommend. If I could give 6 stars I would!

After comparing quotes and seeking feedback from people, we couldn't have been happier with Cooper Modifications! We bought our home 4 years ago with the mindset to change the windows but that area of expertise is not something we know. Cooper Modifications went above and beyond with educating us about the difference between wood and vinyl windows, and extremely professional every step of the way. They kept us posted on progress on installment and we never felt like they were trying to upcharge us- they genuinely wanted to deliver a high quality product to us. My husband and I were doing some shopping around to get a new deck installed and also get new siding done for our house. We ended up hiring Cooper Modifications to install James Hardie siding and install a new Trex deck at our house. The job came out fantastic and was done faster than expected.
