Next Project screened in my covered deck. They were very communicative and reasonably priced. Most importantly, the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is my second time using Carlos and his team of skilled contractor's. My sliding patio door was 40 years old and it was very tough to open . My wife and I wanted a french patio door that was more updated and beautiful. Carlos and his team made it happen in just a few days.

Great work on our powder room. They took down 20 year old wallpaper, repaired the walls, installed breadboard with beautiful molding and installed the new vanity, faucets, lights, toilet and exhaust fan, new towel bar and toilet bar Carpentry work was excellent with attention to details. They reinforced behind the towel bar and toilet roll bar and lined up the breadboard so that the groove was exactly behind the faucet. We will definitely use them again

Carlos, Lourdes and their team are excellent to work with. They finished our 2000+ sqft basement, and we've been enjoying immensely their quality of work. Through out the process, they are very communicative in explaining the steps/options while keeping track with the budget we have. I couldn't recommend them enough. Definitely will have them for future projects.

Lourdes and her father built a custom AC unit cover for us. It allows necessary air circulation for function and aesthetically looks great on our patio. They were communicative, prompt, and friendly. Super professional service! Highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

We love our new deck! We replaced our old deck, expanded it, and added a walking paver path along the side of our house. It was great working with Contractors Next Project. They were flexible, patient, open to our ideas and provided great recommendations to help us design our deck. They communicated back in a timely fashion and provided status updates along the way. Contractors Next Project really brought our vision to life. We’ve received several compliments on the work they did. We would definitely work with them again in the future.

This contractor company did an excellent job at my house. They repaired and painted my patio deck, and also worked on my rooftop. Everything looks fantastic now! Their prices are reasonable, and they approach their work with professionalism.

I wanted to leave another review as this company showed yet again that they are highly professional and responsive. I had a small thing I noticed with the deck they built (which I love and they did a great job!), they came within days and resolved the issue with no hesitation. They care a lot about their clients and I highly recommend working with this company.

What an amazing crew! No doubt that they are the best at what they do. I love how they are always attentive and are constantly making sure that everything is in order. I will continue to contact them in the future!

found these guys on thumbtack. never used either before, so we were very cautious about hiring, but in the end, after some research with the county/state to make sure they were legit, we hired them to repair our deck. we needed timely work done because of our hoa and they came through. got the job scheduled and done in a few days turn around. very happy about the work and quality. they are very responsive online. i'm glad we found them. will definitely use them in the future! thanks!

We are very satisfied with the new deck that was installed last week by Contractor's Next Project. The owner, Mr. Carlos Pineda, promptly responded to our initial online request for an estimate and came by to look at the job a few days later. When we met, he listened to how we wanted the new deck to look and explained in how he could the job to get the results we desired. He and his staff promptly answered all of our follow-up questions.

The crew arrived on the first day as scheduled and went about their work efficiently removing the old wood deck and installing new joists. They returned the next day and installed a new composite deck, railings and trim. Their workmanship was very good. Mr. Pineda and his staff were a pleasure to work with.

Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations with adding a bottom deck to existing second floor deck supports. You can see the progress from nothing to a compete deck on the first floor matching the top one and it seems like it’s always been there.

Carlos is very professional, he came on time for a free estimate and provided a very detailed and itemized estimate in a matter of hours. I like his transparency and good suggestions when we discussed our project.

The crew was also very professional, they came 2 days later and finished the bulk of the job in the same day. When the rest of he material arrived, it also took about a day to finish everything. So less than 2 days. And everything looks great!

I would recommend Carlos and his company for any project because he does a lot more than carpentry.

Update: we did an additional project of converting half bath into a full bath with Carlos and his team and it turned out perfect.
