Google won't let me give 0 stars. That is what Contractors 4U deserves. We hired them to do a major rehab and the process was horrible every step of the way. The quality of their work was a joke and their ability to stick to a timeline (and even show up to work) was horrible. Inspectors failed to pass their work time and time again. We finally fired them and hired another contractor to to finish the job.

What impress the most about this team is their attention to detail. They are always on time clean up everyday. The end of the day the worksite is always left clean. They even finished earlier than previously quoted. Thank you guys for going over and beyond expectations. Our new home looks great thanks to you guys.

Hands down, great team! Super professional, start to finish. The constant updates were a game-changer - kept everything on schedule, which was huge for us. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs similar work done!

Save yourself the headache… 4 day job took 12 not including weekends. They want that check but they don't follow through on a single thing after that.
These people come get your money, and demo out the bathroom before they have the material to finish the job.

They left two elderly folks with no shower for two weeks. (No other way to bathe as this was only bathroom with shower or tub). Obviously they bathed elsewhere.

This company sub-contract and the subcontractors were just as frustrated as we were at the lack of communication. The subcontractors did a marvelous job once they got material. Tile, WHICH I BOUGHT FROM LOWE’s, by the way, so they could complete the job.

Nobody bothered to call about my complaints until I wrote a Google Review. Unbelievably, I got a call five minutes after posting. I would recommend the subcontractor in a minute but not CONTRACTORS-4-U. They called and emailed and texted trying to get me to change my review. They lied and said they had spoken to the home owner several times and she was very happy. (She’s my mother and I know they did not!)

I will update the review should the job ever get completed. So, here’s your update boys!

We hired them to build our outdoor paradise, Jeremy D. Came out and gave us a bid, not only that but he explained how every part of the process would go. We paid the deposit and work started right away. The crew was always respectful and on time. The job was completed before projected time and even had some touches that we didn’t expect. I could not recommend them enough and if you want an experience conducive to ours then ask for Jeremy D!!

Horrible. Cannot recommend C4U. Promises made regarding timelines for completion, not fulfilled. Paid them a couple of draws, they do a little work, then the property sits idle for weeks. I wasted a significant amount of money with these jokers. After 9 months, a 4-month project is far from completion. Had to hire a new, reputable contractor to finish the job. C4U underbid to get the job. Unfortunately I fell for it. Do not use these guys. From the other reviews, sometimes things might work. But I know I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience with them.
By the way, this review is not fake. I'm not an ex-employee. I am an ex-customer of C4U.

We hired Contractors 4 U in March 2024 to complete a 16-week project. Unfortunately, we had to terminate our contract with them in December 2024 after 30 weeks because the project was less than halfway done.

While the 9-week permit process wasn't entirely on them, and we credit them for helping navigate that, the delays once permits were obtained were unacceptable. It took nearly a month after the permits were ready for them to even begin work on-site.

Throughout the project, we were repeatedly asked for additional payments to move to the next phase, yet key milestones were never completed. For example:

- Framing: Never fully finished.
- Plumbing: They requested and received additional funds to start but never installed it.
- HVAC: A few ducts were installed, but the system was never completed.
- Firewall: We paid extra for a revised firewall between our units, but this was also left unfinished, with excuses about needing plumbing done first.

The project was riddled with delays and excuses, with workers often not showing up for weeks at a time. Despite our repeated pleas to keep the project on track, their response was dismissive, often claiming that workers would be there over the weekend—yet no one would appear.

When we finally terminated the contract, Jeremy was polite in person when accepting the termination letter. However, within hours, we began receiving threatening text messages from subcontractors and project managers, which only added to our frustration and disappointment.

While Contractors 4 U may have good reviews from others, our experience was vastly different. If it takes 30 weeks to complete less than half of a 16-week job, it’s fair to question their ability to deliver on their promises. Contracting is about reliability, professionalism, and delivering results, and unfortunately, they fell short on all counts in our case.

Amazing company! Kayla, office manager, is a godsend. If you have any issues during your remodel they are on top of it immediately! I had siding done, windows replaced, Sheetrock and insulation done and house painted! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

In phase 1 of a full remodel of 1900 built house. I view them as a big company and am VERY impressed with the knowledge of MY project with everyone involved in the company.

Very responsive and knowledgeable group. I've never met a contractor group that offers as detailed and assist in so many ways. This company is way more than a typical contractor or GC. To sit down at their office and have them take the time to share information and strategize about the project is something no other contractor has ever done with us before. For once I felt like I was on the same team with ne contractor and we'll use them for everything going forward!

As a real estate investor, I recently had a project that I needed to complete in a timely manner but my regular contractors were both tied up with other projects. After making several call to other contractors who were referred to me, these guys were responsive and informative. So I chose to move forward! They answered all my call, emails and texts in a timely manner and were extremely flexible with additional requests I made to complete the job. Contractors-4U saved the day. We had a huge flood in our house making life a nightmare.
Water went into places I didn't existed in my house. They started clean up without a question.
Then they set a meeting with us. Went over everything about how the process would work.
And we just felt like we had a consultant taking care of us from beginning to end. Never had a contractor group go they far before.

I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. This group built our home on time and never overpromised. They are great at advising throughout the process. They communicate on a level we understood and showed respect at all times. We've heard of how difficult building a house is and all the horror. But that just wasn't our experience. We're so grateful.
