Poor work ethics. Jim doesn't return messages or call you back. He did a kitchen floor. It was put down over tile. The cracked tiles were to be replaced , they weren't, now you feel crunching in some areas when you walk. Some of the boards are lifting up on the edge. One board slips out of place. The threshold placed between the carpet and floor would never stay in place, Jim took the piece of wood with him and never brought it back, there is exposed metal tracking that is all bent.
I guess the BBB is my next call.

Should be zero stars. Not one ounce of integrity. Point blank Lie about work they’ve completed. Disappear for weeks to months- & then want more money, but haven’t even started the work stated in contract.
THEY ARE SUPER GOOD AT LYING!
I CANNOT STRESS THAT ! Work NEVER COMPLETED but check was sure cashed! Sad that this company, was low enough, to take advantage of a family after a devastating house fire.
