South Side Home Improvement are the most reasonable company in the area. I am very happy with the work they did on my porch, it looks awesome.

The craftsmanship was excellent and done in a timely fashion, also the worker were very pleasant and answered my questions

Alex gave me an estimate for redoing my deck adding some privacy. He knew exactly what I wanted. It was the fastest turn around time I have ever had. From deposit to completion 2 days. I have had some shady contractors but after meeting Alex I felt very comfortable and knew he was not taking advantage of me. Speaking with Lee she was so easy to work, calls back immediately and on top of everything.
His crew did an outstanding job, on time very fast completion and I am beyond happy with my new deck. They will be the first I call for my next project. Thank you again I love my deck.

I would give a five but there was some miscommunication with the expected work and lack of professionalism from whom I assume is the project manager. The crew of workers of Southside Home Improvements, were excellent with the work they performed at my location, very knowlegeable, safe and quick. The supervisors are also awesome.

These guys did repairs that were needed because of wind damage , they came out for an estimate the same day I called, gave me a fair price, and completed the work the next day. Will use them again for roof/siding repair or install.

It has been very frustrating to get a finished product from this company. I needed my front door and side lites replaced. First, they provided the wrong color - I asked for black and they brought dark brown and tried to convince me it was black. They ended up painting the door. Then the door would not properly close so they had to come back out to realign it. Then water seeped in when it rained because the door had not been properly sealed. And now finally the door is separating from the frame and is still not aligned. There is a draft and you can clearly feel the winter air coming through. Every time I request for someone to come out, I get a time frame that is rarely respected. As it stands I am still waiting for them to come out to seal and align the door.

The door looks pretty, but the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired. Mind you this project cost me $4500 - does not at all seem worth it for all the trouble it has been.

I was very happy with the process and results of my deck project. Alex gave me an estimate with drawing when he came to look at my project. He provided the information I needed to get approval of the HOA. The required inspections were coordinated with the county building department and passed the first times. The results are exactly what I wanted.

I will use South Side Home Improvement for another project in the spring.

The guys came out and fixed a small section of my roof due to damage from a fallen tree limb. After they were done fixing it, you would never have known it was there.
