He helped my wife & I manage several delayed repair projects (that evolved into Major Renovation projects) on our 38-year old Ahuimanu Hills home. Repair/renovations included removing our leaking chimney and replacing with a picture window and 4-layer Hardiboard siding, replacing our leaking heavy monier tile roof with lighter aluminum slate tile, enclosing upstair lanai decks with large picture windows viewing our beautiful Koolau mountains, replacing all our original aluminum windows with hurricane-ready windows, replacing all downstairs carpets with koa-looking vinyl plank, and complete exterior and interior re-painting.
