Paul Nelsen construction is, easily, the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. My wife and I chose him because we had a very specific idea and set of circumstances that we needed to work with. I had spoken to numerous other contractors in the area (within about 50 miles) and had gotten either pushback or guesswork thrown at me for the potential construction needed. Paul, however, when presented with the idea came to my house directly and sat down with us. He already had a few plans in mind and asked our thoughts on which one works best. We loved the idea of one of the plans and wanted to make a few slight changes to it to make it our own. With no excuses as to why something could not be done, or should not be done. We were met with someone who's expertise in construction and vision of how something will, ultimately, end up. From day one digging ground to finished product, the process was as seamless as it possibly could be.

I am a no nonsense kind of person, along with my wife. And Paul is a shoot straight from the hip kind of person to work with and didn't fluff us once to set expectations high and be let down. Exactly what he promised and the timeframes in which he promised them to be done were done without a hitch. There was no over promising and under delivering done at all. In fact, it was quite the opposite. We had an idea of what we wanted our dream house to be, and Paul, with his crew, took that idea, that dream, and brought it to reality far beyond our expectations.
