MITS Raleigh was so great! I was able to schedule a quote within minutes with their website. Steve met us and measured and installed all the blinds and I was always kept in the loop for scheduling as well as additional ordering. These guys are the best!

Steve was amazing. I had more than 18 shades disconnected from the hub. (I had issues with my internet service and accidentally removed these shades). Steve came here. Asked few questions to understand the issue, and quickly reconnected back all the shades effortlessly. A real professional. We love the shades system. They are beautiful and amazing and the hubs help us control and automate 30 shades in our two floor house.
