I got a new garage slab and they did a good job at a fair price, only complaint is how long it took to put finishing touches on it/clean up.
To start off, the main concrete job looks fine. The finishing touches and professionalism of this company, however, are extremely lacking which is why I took off two full stars.
The concrete work was laid and after the job was “done”, they left behind clothing, a pile of dirt, wooden workhorses, cigarettes, chunks of concrete, and tools. More than 10 days later, still nothing was picked up.
The finishing touches on the concrete were lack luster. Rough edges, cracks that were not completely filled, and bumpy edges meeting the wall. We contacted the contractor to fix the eyesores a number of times and he refused to finish, claiming it was our foundation and that blemishes are to be expected.
As much as I hate to do it, I contacted one of the owners in hopes of a professional coming to finally finish the job (12 days after the concrete was laid) He apologized for the unprofessionalism and promised to come out and fix the problem areas that day. To my disbelief he no-showed with no follow-up.
The wooden work horses are still here and I can only assume the job will never be completed. 15 minutes of simple cleanup and some cosmetic touches could have made this a 4 or 5* review but they dropped the ball and for that I will not recommend this company to anyone.
