I had a pergola installed and stained by Concord Roofing and Construction. The finished product looked great and the owner, project manager and lead installer were all responsive and attentive towards our needs and making sure we were happy with the final product.

Ted and his crew have done an outstanding job with the Decra roof installation. My project was particularly complex due to the integration of solar panels and a lightning rod from the previous roof. I needed a trusted, committed installer, and through a friend's recommendation, I connected with Ted. From our initial conversation to the project's completion, Ted demonstrated complete ownership over every aspect—providing solutions, exploring options, and flawlessly executing the plan.

As with any project, unforeseen issues arose, but Ted handled them gracefully, making the process effortless on my end. Concord Roofing just completed a remodel/rebuild of the first floor of our house following water damage from a leaking pipe. Additionally, I commend Doug for his dedication to keeping the project on track despite facing personal challenges. His commitment ensured that the work proceeded on schedule, which I greatly appreciated.

The roof replacement was approved. A team of 14 diligent workers from Concord Roofing replaced the roof in one day. They were meticulous in site cleanup. Concord Roofing and Construction was great, professional, and honest! I had an ice dam issue from recent storm that caused damage to roof and water damage through 2 floors of house. Concord Roofing & Construction was the best roofer with ice dam experience I could find in DFW metroplex that I could tell was legit after living in the northeastern US. Also the first one willing to respond to my emergency as the storm was ending. Ted understood the urgency with water pouring in through the walls and ceilings from the melting ice and rain. Brought out a roofer to break up my ice dam as soon as it was safe to do so and Ted surveyed the damage. Came up with an estimate and mitigation/repair plan I knew was sound with appropriate pricing matching my expectations. Advised me through the insurance considerations and process. Also sensitive to my situation I was dealing with having just lost a family member who passed away, that I had a lot going on. Ted, with Concord, is a long time business owner and I could tell is successful due to his integrity and quality assurance. His roofer fixed the flashing exploited by the ice as the cause of the water damage. His Drywall specialist did amazing at demo, water damage mediation, repair/replacement of water damaged insulation and drywall, as well as painting with great attention to detail. Carpet replacement and floor drying process was thorough with fantastic results. Ted did all he could to have my house back in order in as safe and short a time as he could so I could take care of my family in a home Concord was able to put back together during a very challenging time. My family is forever grateful for Concords response, quality, and integrity. I will be using Concord again for any future projects!!!

My previous contractor failed to complete the punch list for the post-renovations project (which included kitchen remodeling and upgraded floors, walls and ceilings for 6 rooms). Mr. Hogue completed the punch list plus extras in 3 days! The work was done professionally and with good attitude to any questions or suggestions. Will definitely use his services in the future.

We were looking for a company to cover our existing patio with a pergola-style frame topped with Polygal. Through a series of fortunate circumstances, we learned that Concord had experience with this kind of structure, in addition to their roofing expertise. In short order we met with Ted Hogue, received a favorable estimate, and work began shortly thereafter. The various crews on our job were professional, skilled, and responsive. Ted's communication was prompt and he visited the worksite daily. We couldn't be happier with our new outdoor space!

We are selling our home that Concord Roofing had worked on in 2019. The "home inspection company" came up with a problem on the way the drip line had been installed. I was sure that we would have a problem correcting such a small detail three years later. And when I called, the salesman that I had dealt with he was no longer with the company!!
Bummer, I was toast.
But I left a message and got a call from Doug Robinson, one of owners, all of this was while I was on vacation in Canada (great timing on my part). Doug was at the house the next day to inspect. He agreed with inspections and made arrangements to have his gutter guy repair it ASAP. But that is not all!! I needed to windows replaced that had broken seals. Doug met his window guy at my house to help him measure and get me a bid for repairs.
All of the repairs were done before I returned from the Canada vacation!!
I am moving to North Carolina and if I have a roof issue or need any kind of repair would done, I will be calling Doug to see if he will travel out there and get it done.

Called for a gutter install quote on 6/20/2020. First call was hung up on before even speaking with anyone. The second call, a guy that said his name was Doug, stated they are not taking calls for gutter installation at this time and immediately hung up on me! Literally hung up on me!

Unlike all other companies and contractors, I found Ted being a very honest and transparent guy and most importantly one phone call away before, during and after my roof was replaced.
Ted helped me throughout the whole process starting from filing the claim to make sure all the damage was taken care of within legal limits and constraints. He was always ready to answer all my questions with all integrity and he explained to me what my options are as well as the costs and expenses till the boring details.

In March, 2017, Concord Roofing and Construction replaced the roof on our home. Although this is a daunting experience, the entire team (led ably by Doug Robinson) was efficient and courteous. Every request we had was taken seriously and addressed to our satisfaction. We gladly give this group a 5-star recommendation.

In term of roofing, they do good jobs, I like how my new roof looks like and the color/style of it. As a general contractor, I was a little disappointed. For my small items from the insurance claim, there were some back and forth in communication, scheduling, and scopes. The project manager is nice and trying to get the jobs set up, but sometimes, it becomes even hard for him because of the people they hire. At the end, everything was finished on the claim, but I wish it could have been taken shorter and easier.

We had an outstanding experience with Concord Roofing. Doug Robinson's expertise in the roofing business was very impressive. The information Doug gave us about our hail damaged roof helped us to understand exactly what would be entailed in replacing the roof. Contacting our insurance company, choosing just the right color for the roof and the follow- through were all excellent.

The roof took just one day to replace and was hand nailed down.

Doug did a great job of "selling" the company; then, he did just what he said he would do: he walked the roof with the insurance appraiser and made sure they caught everything they should. The job was done just right and in only one day. The banging from the hammers caused a drain pipe in my attic A/C unit to come loose which caused some minor interior ceiling damage from the water, but Doug had his painter on the job within a couple of days and it was finished quickly and to my total satisfaction. So, I got not only a brand new good looking roof, I got a brand new ceiling in the hallway and bathroom.

Excellent work!!!! Roof was complete in one day, unlike other roofers I have used that took multiple days. Crew hand nailed all the shingles instead of using nail guns. I didn't have any stray nails sitting in my attic when they left. Doug was great to work with and very flexible with my families hectic schedule. Use Concord Roofing if you need a new roof!!!!
