FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM YESTERDAY
I am a homeowner and fencebuilder who has purchased from them several times over the last 15 years, small amounts.
9/5/24 They mis cut my order and I was not happy… however that changed
Kenzie and the team outside exceeded my expectations for solving the problem. I was treated very well, despite not being a “great” customer who does roofing or buys all the time.
They ran new material correctly in blazing fast time frame, and I was able to salvage the day!

I have used Best Buy Metal in Cleveland, Tenn. on several ocacions differant projests. Every sheet of metal is always cut to exact measurements I ask for..Always ready on time for pick up.
Counldn't ask for better peaple to deal with, everyone is absolutely first class. Great prices and great products.. The men in the yard they are on it, your not standing around all day waiting
on some one! These guys get-er-done!

My frst time buying from Best Buy Metal. Bishop set me up on my order, knew what I wanted and seemed very knowledgeable. They had my order ready for pick up the next day. Walked in and was geeted right away by Kathy who instucted me on the process of picking up my oder. Yard crew greeted me and loaded in 15 minutes. Very good company to buy from. Will buy again from them.

Worked with Nicole to design my building. Did this across a period of about 3-4 months and finally ordered it in late June. She was able to get me an amazing discount on the deal and it just made the whole process a pleasurable experience! They have a complete line of products for siding, roofing, etc. All the folks in the Cleveland office are super friendly and will treat you like family. When I need more metal I will definitely go back again!

Do not use this company. Buy from a direct distributor who has experienced reps that will estimate your job correctly. We purchased $47,000 worth of metal roofing and related material from this company, and had $3,839 worth of materials left over after install. They would not take back ANY of the excess materials. Horrible way to do business.

Edit: they offered to take back $1500 worth of the materials, with a 20% restocking fee.

I’ve bought from Best Buy two times. Absolutely the best prices and services around! Ordered my metal roofing on Thursday around lunch and it was ready the next day before lunch! Shauna has been my point of contact on both of my purchases. She goes above and beyond!

I needed to get two chimney caps fabricated for our older Victorian home. I called 4 different metal shops near us; two simply wouldn't do them, and the other two refused to follow the specs my contractor had given me. An employee from one of those shops suggested I call Best Buy Metals (he was frustrated at not being able to help me). I spoke with Bishop, who made the whole process easy. I needed a peak on the top ("no problem"), a 4" drop on the sides ("that's how we do them") and a 1/2" kick out on the bottom edge for water drainage ("Let me check... No trouble.") Order was ready in 24 hours, and priced competitively. Very happy with my experience!

We're advanced DIYers, but had never done a metal roof before. Shawn helped us through the entire ordering process making sure we would have all the right items and enough of everything to get the job done. He patiently answered all my questions. The order showed up right when they said it would. After it was done, we had just a few left overs - very little waste material, unlike shingles. The new roof is fantastic - no more leaky shingled roof. We will buy from Best Buy Metals again when we replace our vinyl siding with metal. Thanks so much!
