I'm uncertain of their work but as far as business practice, they should get zero stars. They have been waiting since July 11 on paperwork to start their services. Insurance sent out the check, but when I reached out to the individual, he was on vacation and would have his office send it Monday. That Monday came, and no paperwork. As of today, August 8, 2022, I called my insurance, and they told me that the company stated I declined their services. Not sure how when I've been in communication. After that, they put a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend them for services.

I'm shocked to see all the other bad reviews. They just finished a home repair for me after a storm caused some damage and they were great! Mike was extremely professional and friendly with a great demeanor. The subcontractor was good also. I was informed of what was going on at all times. Would use them again for sure!

No call back no communication what so ever. Definitely won't use them. No star really should apply to this one. Dont waste your time. March 29 2021 at 7 am and left a message. I can post a pic of the call if you would like. Im not interested in your business any longer as I tried and now getting told you didn't get a call.

i feel very lucky to have found complete contractors. they have replaced my roof and repaired carpet and water damage and im in the process of using them now for another repair project. they are the most professional contractors ive ever worked with and each and every person they have sent into my home has met the same high standards of professionalism and craftsmanship...they totally stand behind their work and coordinate large projects so you dont have to do it yourself....just make one call and they will take care of everything....when they say complete...they mean it! im going to be using them from now on.
