I went into this filled with skepticism and was ready for a fight.

Compass Contractors came in for a decent sized remodel at our corporate office and were given a very tight timeline to get this project done while we still had employees working in the office. They were able to manage all of that and deliver on that timeline! Everyone we interacted with was very professional and friendly. The work was done extremely well and this remodel has been widely celebrated amongst our company.

Compass Contractors built a 1200 sq ft home (ADU) behind our existing home. I was so impressed with EVERY aspect of their work. Matt and Derek gave a very competitive bid to complete the plans that I had prepared before I met them. They communicated well throughout the process, kept the construction moving through timely project management, and were able to competently find solutions and address issues that inevitably come up. They are both so professional and personable. Their subs were efficient and skilled, and the entire project was completed on time and within budget. They went above and beyond to help make my vision a reality. It was truly a pleasure to work with them, and I hope to be able to do another project with them in the future. Highly recommend!

Wow!!! We were so impressed with Compass Construction on our new patio porch. Work was done on time, cleaned up everyday. Their input was amazing. I want to stay on the porch all the time.

We used Compass for a major bathroom remodel of our home and couldn't have been more pleased! The whole process involved moving the laundry room, changing the layout to go from two cramped bathrooms to a half bath, a full size bathroom, and a master bath. We also ended up needing the whole house repiped during the project, which wasn't too surprising. We purchased a 50 year old house in 2021 that had never been maintained and was a dump. We had been frustrated with other contractors we had used for other aspects of the remodel. After using Compass, I would never consider using any other contractors but them.

Matt was our project manager and he communicated with us throughout the whole process and was extremely helpful. He offered a lot of recommendations and was always willing to accommodate our requests. We were very impressed with the attention to detail and their willingness to work through issues. In any project this size in an older home, unforeseen problems will arise. A frustration we had with prior contractors is that they would take the easy way out or try to cover things up. Matt was always very open about what was going on and presented solutions. It's been a couple months since they completed the projected and we are still amazed at the work we done. It's really the first time since we've owned the house that it feels like it's really ours, and that was only made possible by Compass Contractors! For all future projects on our home, Compass is the only place we will work with.

We have a modest home and are so happy with the kitchen remodel Matt and his team did for us. It was a pleasure to have all the people involved in the remodel in our home. Matt kept us updated and was there to make sure all aspects of the remodel ran smoothly. I would not hesitate to work with Compass for any future project. I highly recommend them.

When i was first looking for help to build an out building that could be used in many different ways (shop, storage, rec. area, etc.), I was concerned because I had no idea who to contact. Compass Contractors came out to take a look and get an idea of the project. That was when I met Derek ant Matt. These guys are great! I really appreciated the good communication that Derek established with me. He was good at letting me know what was going to be happening next throughout the build and if I had any questions he was easy to reach. Through the build, I was always impressed with the quality of work that was performed by the different trades. (excavation, foundation, framing, siding, roofing, painting, slab to give an idea of the project.) I would definitely work with these guys again. Thanks Derek and Matt for taking some thing that can be a stressful endeavor and making it go so smooth.

Compass Contractors worked with us to upgrade our 1954 home. The project included a basement refinish that took our 1950s basement well into the 21st century. They also gave us a beautiful master bathroom and gave a much-needed update to our main bathroom. The work they did was fantastic. The staff they used were professional and courteous. We couldn't be more happy with the finished product. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do some upgrades, big or small, in their home.

We needed a quick turn around on a commercial TI project that was only a pencil sketch. With the experience and knowledge of the Compass team it seemed so easy. Compass worked very hard with us to meet our budget and keep our wants and needs without sacrificing quality. From the permitting process all thru design ideas, scheduling and completion we could not have been more happy. They did an outstanding job with communication, quality, meeting our deadline and staying in budget. Highly recommend Compass Contractors. Thank you!

I never give 5 stars, but these guys were great to work with. Flexible, patient, very helpful and accommodating, friendly but professional, available, reasonable cost, great follow-through. I had some special needs as well as some handy hand items and they remembered and took care of them. Such a great relief to have those details taken care of. They made the extra effort to get done so I didn't have to be out of the house more than 3 days for an entire floor replacement that included afore mentioned, plus moving furniture and lots of boxes. Makes a huge difference for a person in a wheelchair.

I would not hesitate to recommend Compass Contractors to anyone looking for a general contractor for a remodel project, commercial or residential. Casey and Matt go above and beyond in everything they do. Keep up the good work!
