We purchased windows, siding, and a roof from Community Wholesale last year. The work was fantastic, well done, and we were very happy with it. However, we found out this summer that a window installed in our basement had been leaking for the last year since installation. This has damaged drywall, carpet tack strips, and has ruined our three year old carpet. We have requested our carpet be replaced, our carpet cleaning bill be paid, and the drywall repaired where water has damaged it. The company (and owner Jim Skarlis, in particular) is dragging their feet and seems unwilling to help in any way. We are disappointed to have spent so much money with this company only to have no support when their work has caused us problems.
