We had recent storm damage and AJ was quick to answer and was out assessing the damage. When the insurance company came AJ was a phone call away and meet the agent here. The installers were just as wonderful and pleasant, they arrived on time and finished in one day. I was amazed that I didn't see one nail laying around. Outstanding customer service all around.

Commonwealth Roofing is an excellent roofing company. They took care of everything especially dealing with the insurance company. The only thing I did was pick out the roof color. Colin Masters was very professional. I really felt he had my best interests and even went back to the insurance company to point out omissions that needed to be covered! That saved me more money! The workmanship of their roofers is wonderful! I’d highly recommend them!!

We would highly recommend Commonwealth Roofing. Everything went very smoothly, friendly, excellent job. We were especialy pleased with our dealings with Colin Masters. At the age of 79 we have never had a homeowner's claim and needed guidance. Colin was there for us every step of the way. We would text him and ask questions and before we would even put the phone down he was replying. He was very courteous, informative, professional and seem to really care about us.

It has been quite a while since I have been as disappointed and embarrassed for a company, particularly the contractor Mr. COLIN MASTERS. I was patient and understanding after an initial no-show appointment the week prior. We rescheduled for today at 3pm. I called Mr. Masters at 3:20 and he notified me that he had “driven past” my roof and done his own visual inspection because it was raining. He had the nerve to ask me, “Is it still raining where you are?” because he had already left and had bargained the idea of coming back (which I would not condone). Apparently he does not like to get wet on the job. I do not want work from a company this marginal. I am sure the work quality matches the level of professionalism. YOU CAN KEEP IT! The nerve of Mr. Masters to have an attitude on the phone after all of this. If the appointment is at 3pm, then please, come to the door----on time---at 3pm. I will meet you there like a professional. Driving by does not count, Sir. Get it together. Everything else, including and especially rain, is an excuse. Don’t waste anyone else’s time like this again. Who do you think you are?!?!

Our experience with Commonwealth Roofing was definitely 5 star! Seth definitely made it happen for us. He knew we were on a time crunch and everything fell into place! Fast and friendly service for sure!

I’ve had seven companies come out to give me quotes to repair my gutters. These clowns came out and tried to convince me that i should pay them TRIPLE the rate of what everyone else was charging. If you’re spending someone else’s money, maybe this is the company for you, otherwise: run.

Don’t even try to get a quote if you live an hour away from Louisville. The guy called me in advance of my appointment, which is fine. He kept repeating that he had to be back to the shop by around 5 to drop off the truck and my appointment was at 3. I explained that I had a leak in the roof that was only 5 years old and it was coming from somewhere around the dormers. I informed him that my insurance said they wouldn’t cover it because they thought it was wind driven rain that caused the leak. I told him I wanted someone to show me proof of where the leak was originating from and an estimate to complete repairs including having new flashing added. He said maybe I needed a technician to come instead of a salesperson. Personally, I don’t need someone to “sell me” on fixing my roof. I need someone who can tell me what the problem is and how much it is to fix it. He went on to say how they primarily focus on commercial roofing but he would still give me a quote. Clearly he was not wanting to drive the hour it would take to get here and an hour back. Once he even said, “let me pull up the house on Google and I may be able to give you a quote from that.” Really? Did you not hear anything I said???? I guess repairs don’t make them enough money to be worth their while.

Commonwealth Roofing recently completed a repair for us at Christ Church in Andover. Alex and his team were super responsive and got the repair done in the dead of winter, no issues. Highly recommended these guys!

Not sure what kind of work they do, but if the actions of their employees driving unit 79 (blue f250) are a judgment of quality and craftsmanship, I wouldn't let these clowns on my property! November 7th 2024 at 11:15am on Route 3 in Rushville Indiana. Two employees in aforementioned unit 79 wreaking havoc by erratic driving, riding the brakes and obviously lost all the while on the phone shuffling paperwork and displaying a total disregard for public safety and the blatantly flaunting the state phone/operation laws. Not to mention backing up traffic on an impassible County road. These two shouldn't be allowed to ride a bicycle unsupervised

Andy Hettel and Doug Thompson were absolutely wonderful to work with and very professional. We started bidding with Commonwealth back in Feb, and they worked with us until we were ready to move forward. The install was pristine and issue free. They make or intice you to sign an agreement to allow them to work directly with your insurance and get a GC fee BEFORE they even look at your roof or give you a price...

I recently had Commonwealth Roofing remove and replace the roof on my 12000 sq ft shopping center and could not be more pleased. Jeff Combs was the sales person that originally came out and handled the estimate. I have to admit that I was a little concerned going with such a large company as I was afraid that I would not get the same service and attention as their other larger projects. My concerns were quickly eliminated once the planning stage began. Even the owner of the company came out with Jeff to explain the process and what I should expect during the three week process. As with any projects, small issues came up but they were quickly addressed and corrected. All work was completed on schedule and even the manufacture of the roofing material sent a representative out to certify and new roof for warranty purposes. I would not give it a second thought in utilizing this company for any of your roofing needs.
