Affordable new roof with top quality materials and service! I’m very happy with Commercial Roof Systems. My old roof in Alpharetta was over 20 years old and definitely needed replacing. Charles came out to check for water damage in my attic and also did a careful inspection on the roof. Some plywood had water damage, so they replaced those sections, then installed a brand new roof, plus new gutters and gutter guards, all for a great price. The crew did an outstanding job! Charles even returned the next day to do a final inspection after everything was finished. Customer service was excellent, with quick responses, on-time arrival, and all my questions were answered. Very professional! I highly recommend this roofing company.

The leak was only on one side of the vent, but he went ahead and sealed all four sides at no extra cost.
