Comfortable Homes Remodeling

Fantastic, and up most professional. Understands that family is what makes our homes comfortable. Called for emergency service after 2 tornados ripped through our neighborhood, after 3 days of not getting any assistance with our insurance company as they were waiting to see if natural disaster status with fema was going to be approved. I called Tim at 08:00 on a Saturday he was on site with emergency tree service removal same day. Comfortable homes remodeling is truly one stop shop as my GC as well as my Public Adjuster!! Meaning I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all!!! What a relief, Tim and his team had put my house back together better than before within 3-4months on the market and sold 4 months after that at a very nice profit. Thank you!!

Totally thrilled. We had crown molding put threw the whole house. Very professional they told us 3-4 days complete. They had 3 workers never stopped done in 2 days and looks amazing. They cleaned up asked us to do a walk over with them . Our house looks totally awesome. Thank you so much! Will b spreading the word. Timmy Lust your the best!

We used this company to get our deck built we met with the owner who was very hospitable and showed he definitely cared about his customers from our first meeting. The deck turned out great they do good work the owner even did some work outside of the deck contract and didn't ask for anything more. Deep down I truly do think he's a good guy. However you're probably wondering why three stars and not five?

Well he has a great promotion you only have to put $1 down for him to start the work and don't pay anything until it's finished. However, when deck was about 75% complete he asked for a partial advance which I did not have a problem with it at all. Because honestly he does have a great track record and his overall body of work and customer service is good. So with that being said we cut him a check in full but this is when the problems start arising after we cut him the check.

After we paid him we could no longer get full days of work on the deck. In fact it was some days that they just didn't show up and left us wondering when will they come to finish. What was most frustrating about all of it was we didn't have that much work left to be done. So they just started not showing up and then when we called they would come and do 4 hours of work if that and leave. We voiced our concerns about this multiple times probably more than four but nothing changed. We had to keep emailing and calling just to get them to show up and when they said they would complete the deck that day they never did.

But to be honest I would have been fine with this had he just would have communicated. The lack of communication was outright disrespectful and it almost seemed as if he was doing it on purpose. I say this because we had voiced our concerns multiple times and there was still no change. In retrospect it became obvious that we were no longer a priority after we paid him. And even if he was over scheduled or overbooked all he had to do is communicate, this is why I say the lack of communication was inexcusable and outright disrespectful.
