Comfort Solutions repaired my residential package roof top unit. I've had chronic problems with my unit for years and used several other companies in the area and they were not able to find the issue. Comfort Solutions took the time to listen to my issues and sent a qualified technician to evaluate my unit. They sent a technician out the next day and the repair was made within an hour. The repair also solved some other issues we were having with other equipment.

Comfort Solutions is a great company to work with. They are prompt and know their stuff. They quickly shut down my AC and serviced my heater for the winter use. Mike, Amy & crew did a great job in replacing two swamp coolers with refrigerated air. They communicated with us throughout the project to ensure that we were completely satisfied, which we are. The cost for doing this was very competitive. We recommend CSM for any HVAC needs.

Last week, I had my swamp cooler serviced by Comfort Solutions. After a miscommunication with an employee about a debit charge for the service, I was able to discuss the issue with one of the owners today. She was extremely helpful and able to help sort out the issues. The technician who came out to set up my swamp cooler was also professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this small, locally owned business for any sort of heating and cooling setup or repair.

They are always so friendly in person and over the phone. It is such a relief to have someone take care of my water cooler for me so that i do not have to climb on the roof:)

I called to get an estimate for a new heater and AC system. They were prompt about scheduling the site visit, but I never received the written estimate. I called them after two weeks of waiting and they said it would be emailed to me that day. I still have never heard from them. I ended up going with another local company and got exceptional service. I'm sorry it didn't work out.
