The owner lacks integrity. He lied to me repeatedly. He attempted to tell me a 288 sqft area of roof (I rounded up to 300 square feet) required 21 bundles of shingles. His lies were all over the place (6, 12, 18, 21, 10 bundles). He quoted me one price which we agreed on. Then he increased it because we needed to cover an additional 3' x 12' straight section of roof. We agreed to a cost increase and I asked for a material receipt before got started. After he completed the job he attempted charge more than we agreed on. I went to ABC supply and got a written quote on the materials. I had three other roofers in look a the job he did. They all stated that 10 bundles of shingles was the absolute most amount of he could used and would with a lot of waste. Two of the roofers said 6 to 7 bundles was more reasonable. Graterol workers did a good job, he lacks integrity and professionalism. Never try to upcharge a customer after job is finished.
