This review is a bit older because I just noticed the company on Google maps. I've used Garrett multiple times for roof repairs (before he was Columbia Roofing, I think) in Falls Church and have always been impressed. Good prices but more so just very professional, would check the roof, show you pictures before and after, and was very responsive. He's always the first call I make when I need help with the roof.

If you need a roof repair or replacement, don’t look any further. These guy are marvelous. They are strait forward, do their work without any hassle and clean up at the end of the day. They spend two day at my house replacing the roof and when they were done the cleanup was impeccable as if they had not been there. Great job for a reasonable price. Absolutely recommend them and I am sure you will be as happy as I am.

Garrett worked with me and informed me prior to speaking with my insurance company (pre-positioning); he then coached me with a response to my insurance company's response; helped me work through the HOA submission and issues; and then found me a great price for the roof replacement. Garrett is as professional and ethical as they come. Shortly after we bought our house nearly three years ago, Garrett performed a roof inspection. He informed us that we had a discontinued "horizon" shingle, but unlike several other companies that have walked door to door, he told us there was no need yet to file an insurance claim because the roof was still in good condition. The last time Garrett was over for an inspection, even after collecting payment, I saw him climbing the ladder one more time to tighten up some things he saw. He seems to have a lot of integrity, and he'll remain our first choice for roofing work while we're in this area.

Garrett did a great job with our roof replacement. He was very patient and easy to work with. His pricing was better than all others as well. I highly recommend him.

My wife and I are both Realtors and I am a contractor, but we have all our roofing work performed by Garrett and his team at Columbia Roofing. Whether it's an entire roof replacement or just an inspection, they have never let us down and they always bend over backward to accommodate our needs and the needs of our clients. Five stars!!!

Garrett at Columbia Roofing was great to work with. His pricing was the best among all the estimates we got. He and his crew did the job on time, efficiently, and did excellent clean up after the job was done. He was patient with all my questions and addressed all concerns we had. Once the old roof was off they discovered some rotten plywood that had to be replaced. They were able to address that with out delay to completion. I'd recommend Garrett and Columbia Roofing to anyone.

This is my first review but I felt that the quality and professionalism which Garrett showed deserves much better reviews than what this company is getting now. I am impressed by his honesty as I call him to inspect my roof after the recent wind storm. He honestly told me that I should not file a claim with the insurance as the repairs can be done much cheaper. He repaired and serviced the roof carefully at much reasonable price than other contractors in the area. I have no hesitation to recommend him for any roof related jobs.

He is perfect, kind, and offers a reasonable price to fix it.
I can understand if my neighbor recommended him.

Columbia Roofing is a great company to work with. They're experts in the field & help you feel at ease. Their pricing is also competitive compared to other company pricing that I've seen. From my experience they're a no nonsense kind of business, they get right to work & complete projects in a timely manner. I would recommend Columbia Roofing to anyone who has an issue with their roof or anyone looking to get a new one.

Great working with Garrett. He was half the price of other estimates, he showed up early, was very clean, professional, took care of the yard and cleaned up well and delivered a beautiful roof. Highly recommend him!!

After buying a house with an older roof, we found water damage in the attic. We asked multiple roofers to come out and tell us what was wrong, but most just pointed to the water stains on a rafter and said we needed a whole new roof. Columbia Roofing came out and did a very thorough inspection, showed us pictures of everything that was a problem (upwards of 10 different problem spots, not just the one the others found), and gave estimates to fix. The repairs were done immediately after, and for a very affordable rate. The quality of their work, and attention to detail were of the highest I've seen in the area. I highly recommend you contact them if you've got something going on with your roof!
