The answer to all things was - no problem, we will take care of everything. The best part, you can trust your contractor to deal with the adjuster. I thought I had a keen eye, but James found way more damage around the house than I could. That's experience working for you, protecting your assets. The crew was nice and respectful of our property, showed up on time, and finished on time. All were kind and cheerful. That's hard with a job they have. I learned they are long-tenured employees, which tells a lot about their working condition and environment. James and his crew are the best roofers I've had work for me. I've spent countless amounts of time and money on repairs that just led to more problems. He assessed my roof in under 30 mins and gave me a very reasonable price on a brand new roof. He told me the repairs I paid for were done by hacks just taking my money. Insurance approved and his crew of 3 guys went straight to work that week. They used ice and watersheild not only for the bottom but around pipes and vents. The guys worked hard to get it done in 2 days. They also left my house immaculately clean. 10 of 10 would recommend to anyone in need.
