When you buy your first house there are always challenges you have to cross. I have to say, Colonial made my challenges smooth and effortless. It was a blistering cold December when we decided to rip apart half of my house. This didn’t slow down Chris and his team. Bundled from head to toe they completed my roof 100% in 2 days and got my house all sealed up before the first snowfall. Chris also repaired one of my gutters while they were up there and fixed one of the spots that was accumulating water heavily. Chris and his crew went way up and beyond our expectations. They replaced our old roof and gutters. They handled our unexpected roof challenges that came up with ease and utmost professionalism. Our roof and gutters came out beautiful- actually they are installed better than when my house was built. Our yard was cleaned up like they were never there. Top quality service. Chris and his team have done 2 houses roofs for me, and both were done quickly and perfectly. Cleanup was spotless down to picking up every little scrap and nail with magnets. Chris and his crew are currently doing 14 buildings at Orangewood East Condominiums in Derby, Ct. removing old cedar siding, trim and gutters. Installing Tyvec house wrap with all seams taped, installing 1/2 “ foam insulation, vinyl siding, new trim, new soffits and gutters with leaf guards. Colonial Exteriors has been nothing but the best. They have also completed all the roofs on 14 buildings with outstanding workmanship. Very neat working crew and very polite. They have the best price for the work performed and they stand behind their quality of work 100%. If you have time take a ride through our complex in Derby and view the transformation of having cedar siding that was going on 50 years old to the new vinyl siding of today. Excellent job to. This and his crew!!!
