The Colmex team worked with our organization, Louvis Services to build our first tiny house duplex for people who are unhoused. They are easy to work with, great communicators and problem solvers. They are team players and worked closely with the architects and engineers. They delivered a quality product on time!

I love my house! It's a new build and it was built by Colmex in 2017-18. The hurricane that hit last year (2021) was incredibly windy. That damn storm tried taking my house on! Guess what? It couldn't. The house is so solidly built that I don't even think a tornado will take it. We were upstairs and felt the wind trying to shake the house and after the storm went out to see the damage and it was minimal. You can see from the back edge of the house that it was trying to lift the roof off and it wouldn't budge. We had minimal damage to the house with only a few shingles blown. No foundation issues either. The interior of the home is beautifully built as well. You can't hear what's going on outside unless you open the window. I love that!

The craftmenship that went into building this house is incredible! I plan on living the rest of my life here and hope to pass the house down to nieces and nephews so that they too can enjoy the home. Thank you Colmex for building such a beautiful and solid home! ❤️

After Hurricane Ida made landfall and damage my home, I called Colmex Construction at 10:30am. They arrived at my house at 1:30pm. that afternoon.
Colmex did there inspection and immediately put a plan together to restore my home back to pre- Hurricane condition.
But one thing Colmex Construction did, “They made it better!”.

Congratulations! Team Colmex!
You told my wife in I, that we’ll have you back in your house between 70 - 90 days. You kept your word!

I am very content with the service provided from this company, the staff is super friendly and professional. The work done on my house speaks on its own. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable construction company. and the spanish is a plus, just about everyone in that company is bilingual. Great job done!!!

Colmex Construction LLC built my home and it's very well made and quite solid! Even my neighbors agree with their construction! I have had nothing but outstanding service from this company. I am a first time home owner, and they have been so incredibly patient and kind and understanding with my numerous requests and questions about everything!

Please consider using Colmex Construction LLC as your future home builder because their service is amazing and their homes is just as wonderful!

We completed a project on a tight timeline with Colmex. They were super responsive, met with us before bidding, before signing the contract, and kept this project moving. I'd recommend them to anyone completing a small or large project. They worked a lot with a web based app that allowed us to keep track of the project on a daily basis. They were able to meet our custom requests on the fly thanks to the fact that they keep several skilled craftsmen on staff. I'd work again with them in a heartbeat!

They built my house Uptown about 7 yrs and I have had issue after issue with the construction. The porch started to decay after the 3rd year but when I reached out to them about the problem I was essentially told that it was my fault. I called them recently to get an estimate to replace the wood and they told me that I'd have to do a complete tear off and it would be in the sums of over $4k. An inspector came out and I learned that half of my windows didn't latch properly because the were never installed properly to begin with. This caused me to sell my home for less than what it was worth.
