Drew, with Coastal Roofing was great to work with! Requested an estimate and he was out same day with estimate back to me in an hr. He was thorough in the process explaining everything they would be doing including potential sheets of plywood to be replaced for wood rot. His team completed my roof in 1 day (1600 sq/ft home) and cleaned up like they were never there. I can’t recommend Drew and his team enough! Well done Coastal Roofing!

The most unprofessional (not sure if legal) team. Young, loud, hang at houses late into the night. They COMPLETELY block my front door and took them almost half hour to make a path. I stepped on 2 nails and 1 went into my heel. Shawn was semi responsive but did nothing. Got the ol "I'm so sorry I'll fix it". Then did nothing. Brutal company. STAY CLEAR

So happy we have used them twice now. The fascia on the side of my house is getting older and falling off. So, they have come out and fixed it with very quick response. They are always so nice and professional. My roof is getting up there, so I am confident when it is time I will be using Coastal for quick and quality care.

I recently hired Coastal Roofing Solutions to replace the roof on my home. I would describe the overall job as adequate. I have new shingles now, and the roof does not leak.
The installation process went quickly. However, there were some areas where I felt the work didn’t meet my expectations. After the work was done, there remained some issues that needed to be addressed. They never were.
There were nails protruding through the underside of the front porch roof. I notified Coastal Roofing about this. Someone came out and looked at the nails and said they would be back the following week to address the problem. Nobody came back. Also, during the course of removing the old shingles, the skylights got lifted off the roof and had to be reattached. This resulted in the inside of the skylight having to be re-caulked and repainted. I contacted Coastal Roofing about this. Someone from Coastal came out and looked at this also. After three follow-up calls to Coastal nothing happened. I ended up doing the caulking and painting myself.
Coastal Roofing can pull up old shingles and lay down new ones, but they seem to lack a high standard of craftsmanship when it comes to putting the finishing touches on their work. Their lack of responsiveness in addressing my concerns is also disturbing. I can go back and fix the things that were ignored by Coastal, but why should I have to? Nails protruding through the porch roof should never have happened in the first place.
If I had it to do over, I would have gone with a different company to install my new roof. And no matter who you get to reroof your house, don’t pay them until you are completely satisfied with the job.

We had a great experience with Coastal Roofing Solutions. We lost some shingles in Hurricane Milton and needed a new roof. Travis and Brittany explained the advantages of a metal roof vs shingles and gave us a very reasonable quote. Coastal Roofing Solutions installed a new metal roof for us. It looks great and we love it! They kept us informed every step of the way, and their crew did an amazing job of getting the roof installed quickly. Travis even came back after it was finished to make sure we were completely satisfied. We can’t say enough good things about this family-owned company.

There were some bumps while under repairs, yet thought we were finally serviced as expected last year 2023.
This year , we noticed that our metal Roof has issues in less than one year and we can’t get Shawn to address it after several attempts. Promises to send someone and then ghost us for months. Everyone is busy, but we paid more than you can imagine for a metal blue roof! We haven’t heard when and what will be done. Very disappointing.

In response to solar panels comments and warranty:
Scratches were there prior to panels, Billy came and sprayed some areas. There are other areas far away from the solar panels that have discoloration. Another company that was sent here by Coastal to inspect and we never received the report. Will contact via phone again thank you . We also have pictures. We have tried to resolve this and not calling us to review is not professional.

8/2/2024 I am editing this post at the request of the daughter mentioned below. She advised me "the company has more than made up for the error and miscommunication". She also stated she was "happy with the work and service provided".

This company gave my daughter an estimate to replace her roof and then after she sat and watched them from her truck across the street remove the shingles under the metal roof they called her to tell it would cost more the day of demolition. That day her house was 90 degrees. The more was almost 50% more than original estimate after she supplied her own lumber. They also broke her A/C and tore up her yard. She returned home from her shift as Fire/EMS to find her house 86 degree the morning after the job was completed. So happy to see so many positive experiences but my beautiful hardworking daughter, who by the way pays all her own bills and owns her own home at 25 years old was not treated so generously. Hope you sleep well tonight, I'll be praying for you!
