Coast Insulation insulated my garage roof on Orcas Island using a combination of closed cell spray foam and fiberglass batts. When I asked them to touch up a few areas of the foam, they did so willingly and at no additional cost. They did excellent work and I would happily hire them again. I‘ll definitely recommend them to others.

FOR TRUCK DELIVERY. Very nice workers, fast and helpful. The dock is set up for a blindsided but not crazy hard. Get out and look and you will be fine. The workers even offered to guide me back.

Efficient, quality work at a fair price. They fit me in a tight schedule to get my house insulated this winter after a former contractor left me high and dry. Thanks guys!

Doug has been absolutely integral and amazing - going out of his way in working around both my tenants and my time frames for getting my attic set up for new insulation - this all being managed over the phone whilst living out of State. Thanks Doug with Coastal Insulation!

Absolutely great service start to finish , Amy keeps you informed on schedule, bids are clear and clean from builder and home owner perspective, with good insite on basic bid and extra ideas for sound control custom to your project. Crew shows up on time and gets the job done in timely manner , cleans up and leaves site looking like it was if not better than when they got there.

Coast insulation did my new construction project consisting of a main residence and detached garage and apartment. Clark was responsive and helpful with all my questions, and their crew showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and with care and attention to detail. I was working on the house while the insulation crew was there, and during conversation with one of the crew learned they appreciate working at Coast over another insulation company because they treat their employees well. In my experience, happy employees do better work.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
