Just had a home inspection performed by Christopher with CNH Inspections. Excellent experience. Christopher was very thorough in his inspection. He was very respectful of the property during the inspection and answered all of our questions. The inspection report came quickly. We particularly liked the online interactive format. We would recommend his services.

I honestly did not expect the level of detail and amount of helpful information that Christopher provided me after the inspection of my new home. I basically have a very detailed account of everything in my home, complete with pictures, videos, and links to local professionals who can address the issues right from the portal. Christopher was also a really nice guy and very down to earth. Communication was always clear and he was always very willing to make sure I got everything I wanted from the inspection. Won't be buying another house for a while, but I'll definitely recommend him to anyone moving homes.

Lauren was friendly and helpful when we visited via phone before the inspection. Chris did the inspections in a timely manner and was VERY thorough. He pointed out a number of problems on the property and took MANY pictures which helped us to see just what needed to be done. He gave us an on site verbal report and then an email report. With the email report we were able to contact the owner of the property that we are buying and made a cash settlement for some of the needed changes. It was well worth the fee that we paid for the inspection. We would have not been aware of some of the rather dangerous flaws on the property.

This is the second time I have used CNH Inspections and Christopher was the inspector both times. I highly recommend Christopher and CNH Inspections for all of your inspection needs. Both times Christopher did a very thorough inspection and included a complete review and explanation of his work, both orally in person as well as a full written report sent to my email within hours of completing the inspection. He was very kind and respectful and took the time to fully answer any and all questions I had as well as taking the time to show us exactly what he was talking about in the house and outside the house. I very highly recommend Christopher and CNHInspections. Christopher gives an honest and thorough report.

Highly recommended CNHInspections. Christopher is very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and his attention to detail is amazing. The inspection report was very detailed and he went above and beyond to look at our roof that was partially covered in snow and also find exactly where the sewer lateral was damaged. He also caught an electrical grounding issue that could have easily been missed by another inspector. I absolutely would use CNH again and would recommend them for any homebuyers.

I got notifications in the days leading up to the inspection on my phone and email.
Then the day of, I was getting notified when they arrived at the house and started the inspection.
