CMR Construction & Roofing - New Orleans, LA

Same experience as the 1 star....contacted them after Ida...super friendly at first meeting but here we are 1 year later with a house that is still very broken. You call them, nobody answers, you leave a voice mail, nobody calls you back. You email them, days if you get a reply. The work they have done has been good and did a good clean up job afterwards.

CMR scheduled roof replacement and gutter replacement and was prompt and on time for both appointments. Quality work was completed and the workers cleaned up after each job completed. No debris was left behind. I was very satisfied with their workmanship.

I had the pleasure of working with Jerome Steib and Chris Becker. Both were professional and helpful. Mr. Becker was exceptionally awesome as he helped me navigate through a very unfamiliar process (insurance and roffing). I really appreciate his patience, knowledge, understanding and professionalism. He took the time to fully explain exactly what I needed to know and I NEVER felt rushed or pressured when talking to him. Thanks Mr. BECKER....

A really nice salesman came out after Hurricane Ida. Did an inspection and we signed a contract with them to repair and replace the roofing and chimney damage. Here I sit almost 6 months later, no work has been done and no one with the company that has any information about my home will even call me back. The friendly salesman (Hunter) does not respond to text messages, his voicemail has been full for 6 weeks and even when I call his office, no one calls me back - the receptionist is really nice, but a lot of good that's doing . I say steer clear and find a smaller company that wont lose you in the shuffle or bite off so many contracts that they cant fulfill their work load.
