C&M Roofing & Siding - Newark, DE

After a recent storm I noticed a few tiles had come off the roof. They were working in my neighborhood replacing an entire roof. I approached Mike as he was coming out of his truck. I asked him to come over and take a look. He said he would be there in 15 minutes. He was came over on time. Gave us a fair estimate, they fixed the problem before the end of the day. The office staff lends new meaning to excellent customer service. I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank you guys....you are the best!

Great quality of work. The entire staff is respectful, friendly, and professional. They kept me informed about everything including when going back and forth with the ins company. They are extremely reasonable when it comes to making a financial plan with a balance after insurance. I will highly recommend them.

Received an email for an appointment and then called to confirm the appointment today between 9-10 am. No show. Called to make sure they were still coming, maybe late?? but when we called they didn't know about the appointment and then to hear the staffer in the background complain that they would have to drive from Millsboro to Clayton, well we crossed them off the list. They lost some solid business to say the least.

They took care of me but you have to bare with the workers. They mean well and do good work

C&M I want to say thank you sincerely from the bottom of my heart. I have lost my purse with everything in it and when I said Everything, I meant Everything!!!(my daughter and myself green card, insurance card, driver lincense, bank cards social security card, professional lincense cards etc. I was going crazy after finding out that my purse was on top of my truck while driving on the highway. After leaving walmart , and forgetting that I had put my purse on top of my truck so I can empty my hands. Lol I am laughing now because it's funny/ crazy.. but after a week and half I received a letter in the mail from Mr. Scott Sheldon(director of operation) stating that they had found my purse and I should come and pick it up. I was elated and overwhelmed with joy. Let me tell you these people in the office was amazing. They greeted me with so much love. They were so friendly and trustworthy. Mr Scott I want to say thank you again for your honesty and kind spirit.I would recommend them to anyone in need of good quality services. Thanks guys..

Mike was kind enough to spend some time with my husband and allow him to observe him as he was inspecting a roof for a prospective customer. As a Professional Home Inspector He was hoping to further his education from a roofing professional. During their meeting He was very impressed with Mike’s knowledge and willingness to share his extensive experience. As He observed him work his thoroughness and professionalism quickly confirmed why C&M Roofing and siding is an exceptional roofing company. Quick response to our request for quote on our roof replacement, clear presentation, and fulfillment as promised. We were kept informed (by Arianna) as the scheduled day approached. Crew arrived on time, when they would leave there would be no sign of any work being done by how clean they would leave the area. Would definitely hire again!

Despite the weather, C&M was able to complete the job just in time. I was very worried that due to the weather my family would have to be in town while my house was under construction.

Mr.Sheldon was excellent in detailing out the repair estimate for our roof so we understood what needed to be done. He was also great with communicating about scheduling for a good weather day. The crew that came and did the work were pleasant and detailed also. It was a great experience to work with C&M Roofing, they are straight forward and take pride in their work. Highly Recommend!

This is a great roofing company with the expertise, honesty and superior performance that everyone should be looking for in a roofing company. We had a small problem with our roof that could had turn into a huge problem down the road. C&M found the problem quickly, honestly and fixed it.

We hired C&M to repair storm damage to our roof. Mike was very responsive and so helpful! Great communication, timely, fair price and quality of work! Mike and his crew were fabulous and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

My Husband and I researched many roofers until we heard about this amazing company. The estimator went out to measure everything, we spoke about some details about the project, next day he sent out the proposal, C&M was the clear winner coming in at $10K less than the next bidder.
Since our roof was finished I had two neighbors ask who did the job, they liked the look of the roof and admired the work ethic of the roofers. Then when I explained the cost differential to identical roofs by other roofers, they were convinced enough to contract C&M to do their roofs.
