With short notice, the company carried out a number of repairs to existing downspouts on my property. The result is the benefit of a much improved water runoff on all 5 areas.
Service was carried out in a courteous and professional manner, with very reasonable cost.

Chase exteriors did an excellent job! I recently bought a house that just had exposed facia boards. Chase came out to give an estimate and talk about what I wanted and did a great job at completing the work making sure to call you if they had any questions and ensure I knew why they recommended changes. I got my facia boards covered along with new soffit and eavestroughs. The work was done in only a couple days and looks very crisp. I would recommend chase to anyone looking for exterior work.

I had a minor issue and contacted Chase Exteriors asking them to investigate. I received a response within a couple of hours and then made arrangements for Peter to do a site visit. He arrived on time and the matter was quickly resolved. Excellent response time and excellent service.

Chase did an amazing job for us. From start to finish it was 2 and 3/4 weeks. Full 8 hour days and never left the jobsite. Also they started 2 weeks from when I was quoted. The attention to detail is unmatched, as I've seen many other Hardie Siding jobs that look pail in comparison. Thanks Chase, it's great to find a tradesman and craftsman that isn't trying to screw people over. By the way he's also a gentleman. FYI, I was quoted by one of his competitors that could start in 3 months, and said it would take another 3 to 4 months to finish. That quote came in at an incomprehensibly higher figure.

We had a very old roof and eaves-troughs that needed to be replaced and updated. Chase Exteriors was quick to get back to us for an estimate and when we accepted they were quick to get to work, keeping us informed of their progress each day.

Chase Exteriors did a wonderful job of cleaning up, even trimming back trees for us near the roof. Nothing was left behind after their cleanup. We are very satisfied with our new roof!

Chase Exterior was contracted to add gutters, down-pipes, and soffits, cover wood fascia boards with metal, and redo rear vinyl siding to a 110-year-old house. They provided a reasonable quote for the work. Their lead time was a couple of weeks. It was a challenging job with lots of oddities with which to contend. The 2-person crew did a great job adapting new materials and construction methods to a somewhat neglected old house. They accommodated my request to include connections to rain barrels, redo some of the siding (1st picture), repair other small issues, and ensure that birds and other creatures could not nest in the attic or other spaces. (Garage siding & wooden house siding NOT part of contract.) They included me in the process the whole way, explaining what they were doing and asking various questions on how I wished it to be completed. I'm really pleased with the end result. I highly recommend them.

He and his crew were punctual when they arrived on the scheduled day, and I actually slept through the repair itself (so it couldn't have been too noisy). My husband and I used Chase Exteriors to install a window above our basement suite's back entrance. It took about an extra 2-3 weeks for them to come out and do the work from the time they said they would originally be there but it was definitely well worth the wait! These guys are professionals through and through. We literally can't find a single bad thing to say about the finished product. Pricing was more than fair, they did the job right the first time and they managed to match our exterior and interior trim colours as well! Overall we are very satisfied with the finished product and will highly recommend them!
