Very impressed with the attention to detail in installation. Especially appreciated that the person that did the quote was willing to explain all the details in construction and then shows up at the worksite to check everything is done correctly.

Crew showed up when promised and job completed on time.

30 years ago Clow replaced our low (2x12) pitched roof with a new built up roof. The roof was warrantied for 15 years. We chose to paint the roof with a special silver paint instead of using pebbles at Clow's advice and repeated the process every 5 years. After 15 years the roof was still in excellent condition. We continued with regular annual cleaning and inspections. The roof remained in excellent condition until this year, but finally showed signs of impending failure. We again invited bids from Clow as well as 4 other contractors. Clow was very competitive but the thorough explanation of the new material from Jeff Hansen (TPO over nearly 2 inches of fire resistant foam insulation) swayed our decision to hire Clow. The other contractors told us that we would also have to replace the plywood decking, which would have cost another $5000, but the old roof was so well installed that the crew from Clow found none of the original decking (over 50 years old) required replacement. Clow's crew were very friendly and cleaned up every day before they left and completed the installation before the terrible June heat wave (110, 113, 116 degrees). The new roof immediately paid dividends; our central air kept the house (upstairs) at 72 while the first floor was almost too cold! All summer we have used the central air far less despite the hot weather! We highly recommend Clow to anyone requiring roof installation, repair and maintenance. Justin and David showed up on time and installed 6 skylights and 3 vents into my existing roof. They were professional, polite, and did great work. They communicated well and cleaned up prior to completion. The price was fair as well. If I need Roofing or Siding work in the future I will call them back.

We REEEELY needed a new roof, for a very long time, but my husband was seriously ill and I just couldn’t have people pounding on the roof for goodness-knows how long. I had watched our neighbors getting their new roofs from various contractors and the pounding went on for weeks and in one case almost a month. THEN, I contacted Clow Roofing & Siding. They send out knowledgeable Doug Baker. I mentioned that my husband was going to be hospitalized for a few days - and would it be possible to get the “pounding” done while he wasn’t home? The unpredictable weather was another nail-biting factor. When my husband’s condition took a bad turn I mentioned to Doug that my daughter might be more helpful with construction questions as I was focused on my husband. He reached out to my daughter immediately and they took over everything for me. WELL … the whole crew worked tirelessly every possible second – and our roof was completed in a few days!! They arrived – did the whole roof – cleaned up and left – and my husband’s rest was not disturbed for one second. THANK YOU!

I was glad to work with Clow Roofing - they were friendly, fast and easy to work with, coscientious with high attention to detail.

After the first heavy rains this year, we discovered moisture in our gable closets. Doug, the owner himself, came out for the inspection and bid, while David was the tech onsite. They confirmed where the moisture was getting in, repaired or redid the shoddy, inside out and backwards work from the previous crew (hired by the previous property management company) and went a step further in touching up a few other possible points of entry, all the way down to nails holes.

Clow came out and patched a hole in the roof of my garage. I had an old electric service mast removed and needed someone to patch the hole. No other company was willing to give me a quote for what I consider a pretty straightforward repair. Clow gave me a reasonable quote and offered to be flexible in scheduling. Happy with the work they did and the money I paid.

Had a great experience with Clow. This is the 2nd time I used them, this time I had 2 difficult roofing issues and they are now fixed. Professional and prompt. Good communicators. Thank you!

Appears they did a fine job on most of the roof but I just discovered that they never did the roof over the front porch & now it's so rotted that the gutter is falling off. If they come out & take care of it I'll adjust my review accordingly.

The guy showed up for the bid 15 minutes late without calling. I had already had a moisture specialist consultant to confirm what needed to be done and just needed the actual labor. The guy insisted on going inside my house and within 5 minutes I had to ask him to leave because he became combative saying I didn't know anything and that the contractor was wrong. He then started insisting my roof is 2 over 12 when it is 4 so I explained that I have just had plans drawn for the city and knew the pitch. He was so rude and authoritative that I felt uncomfortable with him in my house. A friend had used this company and had to go to mediation but I was willing to believe that maybe it was due to the particular crew. THANKS TO CLOW ROOFING I WILL NOT FEEL SAFE HAVING A CONTRACTOR IN MY HOUSE AGAIN! They get one star because at least the guy showed up and because this site won't let me use negative stars.

Clow replaced my garage roof. The work was done quickly and efficiently and the yard was pretty much spotless when their roofer left the site. The company kept in close contact with me when there was an unexpected delay, which I very much appreciated.

I called them due to a leaky roof. The guy who did the estimate came by the next day and said he expected to get it fixed by the end of the week. After two weeks I called back and he said expect it by the end of that week. Its been 3 more weeks. I'm calling someone else.

My husband & I had siding replaced, great company. Best price out of 3 estimates. Doug was patient with our questions & concerns. Lonny was dependable, knowledgeable & a hard worker, he always went the extra mile for us with our many requests. Crew always kept property clean & tidy & showed care when we had a party in the middle of installation.

They came over right away to look at my leaking roof and gave me a cost estimation. He said they would come fix if the first day without precip. There has been weeks of sunny days with no phone call. It took them 2.5 months to finally call and come fix it. I moved on along time ago and had someone else fix it.

I had a great experience with Clow Roofing and Siding. Denny returned my call right away, and was able to come out and investigate the leak in the roof. Scheduling was easy, and Justin came out promptly and fixed the original leak -- plus a new one -- efficiently. Everyone was very easy to work with, helpful, and professional. I have experience with this destructive company twice when two different landlords hired them. Called the Portland Police on them when their employee vandalized City of Portland property and embedded it in the roof in retribution for requesting that they not DUMP glue all over my merchandise. They destroyed lights and dumped thousands of bits of tar that remain to this day. The owner claimed he was going to repair the lights and did nothing except send the employee that I said I would not allow near my property. After this they left a monument made from roofing vinyl. See photos. They deserved to be sued and arrested.

John was my salesman, and he was very friendly and honest. The crew did a great job with the installation of my new roof - very professional and courteous. I also had them repair a leaking window (not related to the roof), that nobody else was able to fix. They took good care of our home and treated us like family. I'd call them again.

I was out when Vern finished the siding job, so I didn't get a chance to thank him for a job well done. The extra attention to detail and quality of work was top notch, and exceeded our expectations. Even the clean up showed a high level of professionalism.

This was my 3rd project with Clow and was a complete re-roofing of my home. The other 2 projects were a major roof repair around the chimney and a siding replacement on part of the home. I was extremely pleased with their communication and work on both prior projects.

Doug, my representative, was fabulous, great communication and a really nice guy. He provided samples of various roofing materials and dropped them off for me to review. His communication and follow-up throughout the project, and after completion, were excellent. The roofing team was so nice and polite and worked so hard! They kept the property amazingly clean - there was absolutely no debris anywhere, even on my plants! You could not even tell a roof had been replaced, it was so tidy. The team worked non-stop to complete the project quickly.

I would recommend Clow Roofing to anyone needing roof or siding work. Whether a small repair or a total re-roofing, they will do a fabulous job!

I was pleased with the work done by the crew at Clow Roofing. I liked that I could clarify the bid with Denny initially and Vern came to look over the job the day before the crew came and talked with me about how they would proceed with the partial replacement. It was good that they involved me in the process and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends with roofing needs.

Clow Roofing is a wonderful Company to do business with. I had my roof demossed,gutter's cleaned and 6 Roof vents installed on my 100 year old house. They even repaired some damage to an existing gutter that was leaking.and the price was exceptional. Highly recommend

Worst experience ever with roofers, lied about what they did and left roof leaking for another year, came back after smearing tar on metal trim and called it good.
No leaks from Their work. Roof is 45 years old and they believe it isn't leaking even after city has inspected it and found it to be leaking! They believe a shot roof can be patched. These are CLOWNS who will take your money and Refuse to stand behind their work! Want to be entertained hire real CLOWNS and not these CLOWNS!
