I was referred to Climax Roofing from a coworker when I mentioned that I had damage to my roof. The owner, Eddie, came out and assess the damage. Eddie explained the process in terms that I can understand easily and was professional ,friendly and courteous throughout the whole process.. I hired ClimaxRoofing to do the repairs and replace my roof. My experience with this company was above and beyond my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I first called Eddie and Climax roofing 7-8 years ago after a severe hail storm and I needed a contractor who seemed reliable. Eddie came out quickly and surveyed the roof and pointed out multiple areas of damage on the roof on the roof and gutters. He handled working with the insurance company directly and he also went to bat for me with the insurance adjustor about the broken frame on a second story window. The adjustor tried to say it was broken from a rock from the lawn mower even though it was a window above my garage over a paved driveway. Eddie convinced the adjustor it was from the hail and pointed out other clients that had similar damage. The adjustor agreed to replace the window and because we couldn't match the other window which was a few years old and was no longer being made, Eddie argued that both front windows should be replaced and got the adjustor to agree. Eddie kept me in the loop about what was going on throughout the entire process. The crew did a great job on the roof, gutters, and windows, cleaned the site of nails and trash, and completed the job quickly and professionally.
Since then Eddie and Climax have replaced my roof after 2 other severe hailstorms. Climax wasn't as cheap as some the of the out-of-state roofers but the price was reasonable and his references were excellent and I knew he'd be around if I had any problems. Every time the job was handled professionally and to my satisfaction.
I would use Eddie and his Climax roofing crew again and strongly recommend them. It's comforting to have a contractor you can call that you can trust to handle the job.
