Exteriors Now

We recently had some exterior repairs and painting done by Exteriors Now and they did a great job. The crews were friendly, showed up on time, and worked efficiently.

Big thanks to Jonathan, our project manager—he was great at keeping us in the loop the whole time. He was easy to talk to and always quick to respond if we had any questions. We are very happy with the new exterior appearance of our home!

One of their company vehicles hit my truck while it was parked and then drove off. Multiple witnesses saw this and tried to stop them but they got away. I went looking for their office and they don't even have one. I wouldn't trust them with my roof if they can't even take responsibility for a small crack and scratch to my truck. I want to believe they didn't notice but multiple people saw them and they rushed to get away.

Great experience with this firm after June 2023’s hail storm. So good, in fact, I just hired them again to take care of the new damage from the May 2024 hail storm.
Our contact person at the firm was (and is again) Jonathan Paredes, who has acted in essence as the General Contractor for all the work. Very personable, smart, effective, bilingual and highly competent.
I recommend them and Jonathan highly!

Jonathan and his team did a wonderful job on our roof and helped us beat a deadline. We had a pretty large water leak from a storm a few months ago that damaged the roof. We were working with an insurance and knew we were days from the first snow fall. We got the approval from insurance and Jonathan’s team jumped on the project immediately. They were able to work us in, knowing snow could fall at any point, causing further damage. His crew identified the leak in just a few hours of work and already had a solid plan to fix it. They completed the roof and we got the first snow (8”) just a few days later. Jonathan was very professional, provided an estimate that was clear, with a fair price, and allowed us to submit it to insurance very easily. His team cleaned up all debris from the project and the roof looks perfect.
We will definitely contact him for our next home project.

After having a bad experience with another roofing company, I am so happy to have met Manny and Jonathan from Exteriors Now! They listened to the issues we were having, both skylight/roof and the outcome of the bad experience from the other roofing company. They were patient with me as I went through the process of identifying the best course of action for me to take. They are honest, professional and caring! The crew did a great job with the new roof and the skylight. I highly recommend these guys!

I can’t say enough good things about Manuel and his crew, they were at my front door at 7 on the dot ready to roll, and treated my house like their own every step of the way. I do not have a driveway and gave permission to drive up onto the grass to load the old shingles, but Manuel refused and said they would load everything out by hand to preserve the lawn. When I say if you didn’t know I had an old roof yesterday and didn’t recognize the immaculate new one they just put up, you wouldn’t know they had even been there. Give these guys your business and you won’t regret it!!

Had our roof and gutters replaced. Manny was very neighborly and worked with the insurance company to get us taken care of. Workers did a great job and they were done quickly. Highly recommend this local roofer.

These guys are super responsive and completed the work quickly. There was a problem with the paint matching and they were right back out to correct the issue which says a lot about their dedication to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

All the guys I personally dealt with (Jonathan, Manny, & Chris) were all very responsive & respectful. They kept me updated on the process with my insurance company & were reliable with communication. They also had a large crew & finished the majority of the work in one day. My neighbor recently had his roof replaced & he commented on how quickly Exteriors Now completed the work & on the quality of the job. Jonathan also came by to do a final check to make sure that everything was installed & finished properly. The crew missed a couple of vents & came back out to install the next day. Got a few quotes from different roofing companies and found Exteriors Now to be in my budget and that's including new shingles and gutters.
