This is a very good company. The owner and all his employees are very nice. The go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with their work. They do a excellent job my roof siding, gutters gave my house a new look. They are very good at cleaning up after the work is done. They check in with to to make sure your happy. This is a very good company. This is my second time using this company, and I have. recommend them to others, who are happy with them.

Mario, Christian and their team are top notch. They replaced our roof and gutters and repaired our siding. Biggest benefit was they took care of everything with insurance. The work was solid. We had a few hiccups along the way but they fixed them quickly and are very focused on customer satisfaction. Fantastic overall experience

Good quality work. Once we had the insurance process approved, they started the next day. Quality of workmanship was excellent (I hired an outside inspector who found nothing!). Friendly communications. Would hire them again for certain.

Best service in the field, my house got damaged due to high winds while out of the country and was lucky to find USA property services. Super professionals! They applied fixes in no time with the best quality, they definitely went the extra-mile doing additional inspections to make sure other parts of the house would not be affected, totally recommended!

USA Properties replaced the siding on my house. Life throws curve balls as it will. Mario the owner went above and beyond to make things perfect. Who even does that anymore!!? He is a man of his word. He won’t stop until things are perfect.
His supervisors Daniel and Wesley were I credible. Daniel was organized, checked in, gave arrival time updates, and was a lovely person to work with. Wesley and the team who performed the work were fantastic. Polite, industrious, perfectionists, every last one. Wesley was on time, working beside his team every step of the way to get every thing perfect. They took their shoes off at the door and cleaned everything up spotless on the exterior and interior projects. Wesley is a gem. I couldn’t recommend his work more highly. We had wind damage on our sidings back in May and contacted 3 contractors for the job and asked for quotes. Two companies I talked with were just somewhat uninterested maybe because it was just a small repair. Mario responded and came at the same time with the insurance claim inspector/adjustor.

On the process of inspecting the damage, they noticed hail damage on the roof as well! So we ended up with not just partial siding repair but also total roof replacement.

Mario helped us navigate with everything especially with the back and forth communications with the insurance company. Couldn't be happier with the total job they did. We managed to get full replacement of the sidings as well! Big thanks to Mario.

I had a year-long fight with my insurance to get my siding finally replaced. Mario was the saving grace. He knew exactly what needed to happen to get past their roadblocks. He knows the process inside and out, is very personable and friendly, and went out of his way to get my job done when I needed it. And he was always very willing to answer my dumb questions!

Mario and his helper were very professional and on time. They did great work and extremely fast replacing some of the damaged siding. I highly recommend him and his crew.

Mario did a wonderful job on our siding. He went above and beyond to get extra things done. There were a couple of things he suggested that the other bids we got didn’t even want to do. As it turn out these were very important things in the replacement of our awning that were necessary to it get done properly. If you’re wanting a great professional job from someone that cares about his work, then you will want to hire Mario.

At 2:00pm today 2/19/21. I heard a lot of wind blowing outside, then I heard a bunch of banging on the wall so I went outside to discover one of our siding panels had blown loose so I got on the phone and called Angies List and Mario from USA Property Services called me right back and got to our house in 10min. He fixed the siding shingle and was gone before I could say thank you. I just want to say if you need any work at your house call Mario, he's fast, great worker and knows what he's doing! Working with Mario was Great. Had some misunderstandings at first, but the trait of a good Contractor is the ability to calm fears, and work to make a stressful situation manageable. And, that was Mario and his crew. They were great to work with!

I literally can not say enough good things about Mario! He was quick to respond to us on multiple occasions for a variety of different needs in our home (siding issues, roofing, electrical, he does it all!). He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and by far the most reasonably priced of anyone we worked with as we were selling our home, and I’ll definitely be hanging onto his number in case problems arise in our new home!
