The job was very nice and clean. The communication process with Chris and Ally was nice and smooth very friendly. Ally and chris answered all questions.

I had an amazing experience with New Era Roofing! From start to finish, they took care of absolutely everything. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. They handled all the communication with my insurance company, which made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. What really stood out was how kind and responsive they were; any time I had a question, they answered my calls and texts quickly and professionally. After the job was done, they even helped us get a great discount through our insurance company and personally delivered the completion certificates directly to them. I truly appreciate their dedication and customer service. Highly recommend!

My first hail storm, while walking around my property looking at the damage Chris was driving by and stopped to talk with me. He answered all my questions and right then and there, we got the process started to fix my home! They were wonderful and very organized and understanding.

I had some issues with another company and someone suggested I call Chris. Chris was very responsive and came our free of charge and provided me with a ton of guidance on how to navigate a company who was trying to take advantage. He went through the invoice and found several mistakes in which I was being charged for double the materials (I live in a paired home...aka condo). The company was threatening a lien until I provided his work and they immediately settled. My only regret is not getting his name originally.

Bryan Silva was prompt and made sure we were always updated. He always let us know before showing up. Bryan Educated us on everything and explained everything very well. The New Era team communicated and handled everything with the insurance company and we really didn’t have to deal with anything. The Roofing team was very professional and clean. Bryan is officially Family!

The work crew was amazing. Arrived early in the morning and were done by 2 pm. They cleaned up everything from the ground. They were friendly and took pride in their work. Even my neighbor commented on how hard the crew worked. Thanks guys!!

Working with Jorge Lovatos for the repair of my roof/gutters was phenomenal. I am very thankful with Jorge for being extremely patient and understanding with me during the process. This is my first time having to deal with such a project that I was overwhelmed due to lack of knowledge, however with Jorge’s in-depth explanation of the process it made it easy to understand and most importantly made me feel at ease. New Era helped me out with the process of bringing my home back to pre storm condition. We got hit with hail really bad at the end of the month of May. They help out with the whole process from HOA approval, mortgage endorsement process , solar panel detach & re-attach , invoicing and dealing with the insurance. They also gave me an impact resistant shingle at no extra cost. True professionals when it came to their workmanship too! Crew was fast and efficient. I highly recommend these guys.

New Era has installed a perfect roof, upgrading to a hail proof shingle. Their crew was good, the gutter guys were professional, too, and came back to make sure downspouts were perfectly placed. Jorge Lovatos has been helpful with my existing solar tubes on the roof, adding an additional inspection. Overall, 5 star experience.

It quickly became that this process was more complicated than what I could have imagined. The quality of our new shingle's and Gutters is much better than any we have ever had in the past.Everything was complicated but Bryan made it much easier to understand. I truly appreciated the team that was working on the roof because they worked hard and stayed working late. What was different from this company vs our neighbors roofers was that they had tarps during the project that was catching all the debris, it was such a clean and organized process. Bryan contacted us and our daughter several times during the process to update what was being done and everything that was going on during the project. We are now currently working with Bryan to get Solar for our home.

New Era replaced the roof on the house I bought and the warranty was transferred to me as part of the purchase. I called them after finding an issue with the roof and they said the issue wasn't their fault based on a theoretical contract (the contract I have showed it in scope of work) that they won't send to me. Would not recommend using this company based on such a poor first experience and refusal to even share information on why they weren't required to address the issue.

This review is for the ethics of this company. My father has dementia, and we have had terrible experiences with other companies trying to solicit his business with high-pressure tactics despite the fact that he is clearly very elderly and does not process information or make decisions well. In contrast, this company set up an appointment with my dad, but when Chris Valencia was on site, he realized that my dad did not have the presence of mind to make these types of decisions, and he promptly told his team to call it off. He also assured me that he would educate his team on being aware of these types of situations in the future. Thank you, Chris and team, for forgoing short-term gains to maintain the integrity of the business. I know you will benefit in the long run.

Phone number on google for this business is either not correct or something. I called and i thought he said his name was Zay and i asked to confirm his name and he hung up. I then called back and he answered and hung right up. Hugo called and apologized and took care of us.

Usually when working with roofing companies all you get is the run around. They tend to use big words to make it seem like you have a bigger problem than you actually do, luckily in this case working with Chris really made the experience much more pleasant. Man these folks are AMAZING!!! They were timely, professional, and overall did outstanding work!! Chris was helping me out whole the time and he really knew his stuff. He made the process start to finish immensely easy and made sure to go over everything with me so I understood the whole process which was really great of him to do considering I had never done anything with my roof repairs before. Chris also was able to help select the best options for my roof and would even show samples of some ideas to pick my brain with. Chris held it down and made my first roof repair and installation process the easiest it could’ve ever been ^_^!! Even got amazing info on solar panels for my roof as well! Once Chris explained all the benefits it was a very easy decision, the solar route is gonna save me so much money in the long run so I can’t wait to see next months bill and how low or even nonexistent charges will be!! The initial visit by Chris was very detailed about the roofing project and financing. The installers were a great team and completed the project. All trash was removed and property was left clean. I will use your company for future roofing projects. Also, after Monsoon storm on 8/7/22, Den Ceiling had no leaks.

As everyone knows, when it comes time to replace a roof, a happy and success experience can be rare. Often times, I hear about roofing companies who follow hail storms and are here today and gone tomorrow.

I am happy to report than New Era Roofing is a special company grounded in Denver, CO. They work very hard toward the objective of leaving a customer happy and satisfied. I am one of those customers. But, I also noticed that New Era’s employees are also happy people, because it is a well managed company. I understand they even have company softball games on weekends. Bottom line, because it is such a well managed company who actually cares about the satisfaction of their customers, it took all of the stress out of a major home repair project. I highly recommend New Era if you need a roof repair or replacement. I can only speak about the character of the team of employees that I worked with ( Chris, Jonathan and Hugo ), who were very pleasant, professional and proficient. Chris valencia was very helpful with the entire insurance claims process. I was reffered to him by my state farm agent. The workmanship was great and the whole insurnace process was smooth because new era handled most of the communication with my insurance carrier. I am very pleased and will ve referring new era to my frienda and family.

New Era was professional and friendly from start to finish. Our roof was damaged from hail and New Era walked us through the process to get our roof replaced. The work that was completed was great and our new roof is far better quality than what we had before. We received pictures during installed and it was an entirely seamless process.
