This company was able to give us the best piece on siding in Cleveland! The staff were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When we got home and realized the siding we ordered was the same color as our neighbors we immediately called and they were easily able to change it to a different color they had in stock and were very understanding and kind. Their delivery time was 1-2 days at the time; however, they were able to deliver right to our house the same day! They also sell some vinyl siding by the piece, so if we need a few extra we’d be able to pick them up. Excellent company and staff to work with!

About two years ago I had Cleveland Aluminum finish some siding, soffit and fascia work on our house. If you find any wood that need to be placed please do so, Normally, I would have done this myself but the height of the part of the house was just out of reach for me and buying or renting the equipment just did not make financial since. My wife and I had done the rest of the house ourselves, so we know what’s involved.
About 6 months after they completed the job, part of the fascia on the new part of the house at peek came off. So, I made a call and without much fuss they came out and repaired it.
Now, about 2 years later another part of the fascia has come off. Now, I am thinking these guys are not the professionals they claim to be. After some major prodding from my wife I call Cleveland Aluminum and of course I get what you would expect. We don’t warranty after 1 year. Now I know for a fact that Don was in my front yard telling me and my, “Don’t worry about it. It’s covered for 10 years.” Getting it writing is my motto when dealing with anything to do with your house from now.
After some polite conversation, some pictures and so on. Don comes out and looks at and says: “Went by yesterday and looked. The wood is not dry rotted it is weathered. It is fine and does not need to be replaced. What got is wind damage to facia metal. We can send a crew out to replace if for $375.00.”
So, now I am thinking to myself. My wife and I put up all the fascia on the rest of the house and not one piece has come off.
Does that mean we are better at this job then the so called professionals are?
Why would I pay them to do the job again?
One of the definitions of insanity is: “Doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.”
